  4. Just wanted to let you guys know Im still killing it. I still think Im increasing strength and my weight is holding in the 184-187 killing it.

  7. Weight was 186/187 today.. Means Im still at about +15 give or take a few pounds water weight

    Just watch your body composition during this time. I would keep the same weight at times but my look would change.

  15. Good just keep a close eye. We get some of our volume on cycle cuz the muscles tend to be very full all the time. It can give you a false impression. It's important keep your nutrition and exercise to an optimum level maintain the same composition.

  36. Just a few pics... Chest day today was feeling real nice so i decided why not.. Kinda pissed i couldnt find the belt to put weights on i think the manager kept it in the office.

    Bench
    45x5 135x5 205x5 215x5 225x5 245x4 255x2 275x1 (got a little stuck on the last one)

    Incline dbs
    60x10 65x10 70x6

    Seated dips(*first number is the amount of 45lb plates)
    1x10 2x10 3x10 4x10 5x10 6x10 7x5>6x5>3x4>1x4 (that rocked my world lol)

    Cable flies 2sets at mid 2 sets high
    50x12 60x10 50x10 50x10


    One set of 15* bench wide grip just to see if i was burnt out and i was
    135x6

    Now im doing cardio been walking at 3.5 for 12 then i bumped it up too 4 and im about at 15

  37. Finished up cardio at ~17 mins for 1 mile pretty easy cardio today gonna play bball tomorrow
