I was extremely pumped up after this set. I felt like I was alone in the Gym today.

4 sets at 325lbs or so the machine says. Doesn't feel that weight all.
I had to stop and get some water because I was on Go the whole time. I am excited to go a whole
month on this pre workout.

I don't know the exact weight of the bar, some say 35 some say 25. Idk I just count the weights.

Although I still had energy I knew in my mind it was time to go.
two and a half hrs. went by like nothing.
I had a great workout and look forward to many more. One thing I felt was
a small amount of nausea throughout workout. Maybe it was just me but maybe my body
adjusting to the pre workout. Wasn't enough to stop me though.
