First day trying Ignite 2 and it was a very good feeling. I don't really use pre workouts often mainly on leg
workouts. I drank on the way to the gym and i felt the energy almost instantly. It takes 10 mins to get to my gym and it felt like an hr today. I felt seriously focused. I didn't even need music today. Worked legs and shoulders

I was extremely pumped up after this set. I felt like I was alone in the Gym today.

Standing calf raises
4 sets at 325lbs or so the machine says. Doesn't feel that weight all.

I had to stop and get some water because I was on Go the whole time. I am excited to go a whole
month on this pre workout.

I don't know the exact weight of the bar, some say 35 some say 25. Idk I just count the weights.

I had a great workout and look forward to many more. One thing I felt was
a small amount of nausea throughout workout. Maybe it was just me but maybe my body
adjusting to the pre workout. Wasn't enough to stop me though.

Today is Tuesday October 23rd.
I used a scoop of finaflex ignite 2 pulling up to the gym and I'm still feeling it now. I usually train at 3p.m. so this is a great sign.

Today was a Biceps Triceps workout which I made for myself seeing as though i want to improve that area.

I started out with a few half court basketball games to warm up. 3 on 3 and I was wired and running around crazy.
I played for close to 45 mins before I got to the weights.
Once I started I was still wired and ready to lift.

I alternate a bicep and tricep excercise for 12 sets using three of each like a small circuit.

First I did alternate DB curls using the 25lb Db's. Was really concentrating on T.U.T so as to work the muscle more.
Second I did over head Tricep extentions using a 45lb. DB concentrating on form and T.U.T.
Third I did Incline DB curls with the 25lb DB.
I did four sets of these with 2 minutes in between sets.

my second circuit consisted of barbell curls, Skull crushers and hammer DB curls

my sets of Barbell curls were at 50lbs. the first two sets. The second two were at 60lbs.
I've chosen to use lighter weight to focus on my form and Time under tension.
I had a crazy pump throughout my arms after my first set of exercises.
I also did 4 sets of skull crushers at the same weights. after the second set my arms were pumped to the max.
I haven't seen my arms that pumped in a long while. I was still wired even though my bi and tri's were screaming by the end of the second set.
I did my 4 sets of hammer DB curls with 35lb DB's. all extra slow negatives. I'm really liking the sore feeling as I was becoming used to my other routine. I definitely know my body is completely confused by my new routine. I can feel it big time..


I did my third circuit on the cable machine. I did some close grip curls, tricep pulldowns, and Standing High Cable Curls
my 4 sets of close grip cable curls were done at 37.5 kg's. Once again I dropped weight to focus on form and time under tension.
second in my circuit was the triceps pulldown. This is one of my favorite excercises ever. I used the 57.5kg on this excercise.
by this last circuit I was going on Ignite 2 only. My arms were super tired and felt burned out. I kept going for my own good in the future.
I know I will pay for it tomorrow.
my third excercise was standing high cable curls. I did my sets at 20kg's.

I finished these circuits and felt nauseated. The work I had put in made me feel it all. I'm typing because i get to rest my arms on the laptop right about now. Great pump from the Ignite 2. I will be adding creatrona if possible early next month.

Im still wide awake and feel like I could go back to the gym and work another muscle group. Just can't turn the steering wheel now.

DTP is best used for a months time. I'm going to do some DTP on certain days for certain groups. Most likely one exercise group per week.

I feel the DTP helped me to gain strength in a few areas. Shoulders and chest had big improvements. Great for a cutting phase program. I'm going to incorporate different styles to confuse muscles.

Loving this feeling though. I feel with Ignite 2 I will set some new Pr's soon enough. I never feel like leaving and have to force myself to

Today was an off day. Wanted to hit the gym and feel the Ignite in my system. I'm amped up on that p.w.o. Got some new headphones so tomorrow I will be killing lower body workout. Thinking of going D.T.P. style legs for tomorrow morning.

Today's workout was great for me. I felt pumped almost instantly. I'm enjoying Ignite 2 more every workout. The flavor is growing on me. I hope I don't build a tolerance to it like most other pre workouts. At first I thought the flavor wasn't to good it made me a little nauseous the first day. As of late it has been excellent and very helpful.

I won't be working out tomorrow due to my new intermural league team. So until Thursday.....

Lol. Had what I call a machine stalker at the gym on leg day. The Guy kept asking me how many sets every set which Rather than get upset i just did a different workout. I'm saving that DTP for November again. You can join when you want.

Back today 11-2-12 about 6 p.m. Game face definitely on.I didn't get to the Gym last night so I went today with a chip on my shoulder. I was pumped up before the Ignite 2 so it was an added bonus to my workout. I felt extremely pumped about ten minutes after the pre workout was downed. I was sweating a whole lot off just a light warm up.
My weights put up were not heavy but my form was above normal today. I can definitely tell almost immediately after cooling down it was a great day at my office(gym).

so Im back now and more ready than ever. I have decided to try the paleo diet for a few weeks.
My last workouts was bicep and Tricep. I took a scoop of Ignite before workout. This stuff is really serious.
It kicks in fast as ever. Worked out with a friend and he noticed how pumped up and hyped I was.
So we set off on a Bicep Blasting mission.

Light warmup On elliptical of 5 minutes as I was hot and ready to go.

D.T.P. Style arm day(one of my favorites)
Superset 40,30,20,10,10 cable curls& overhead triceps extentions (I love the burn feeling)
set#1 40 reps of 60lbs
set#2 30 reps of 75lbs
set#3 20 reps of 100lbs
set#4 10 reps of 120lbs
set#5 10 reps of 140lbs

Its been a while since I've done the DTP so I was feeling it. Once again the Ignite kept me buzzing a sweating ready to go.
After a small gatorade Light and a few sips of water I was ready to go.

Second Superset was consisting of barbell curls and skull crushers

set#2 10 reps of 100lbs rest pause was needed for the last three curls and last two skull crushers
set#3 20 reps of 80lbs
set#4 30 reps of 60lbs muscles were extremely fatigued and rest pause again for last few reps
set#5 40 reps of 40lbs funny thing is some people walked in and they must've heard me screaming
It must look awkward and even I laughed after thinking about it, A damn near 200lb guy screaming with a 40lb bar lmao.
If they only knew what I just went through before they walked in. The DTP program definitely goes well with IGnite 2. I felt huge after
this workout and energy was still there. Fully soaked tee shirt is a plus for me. I was most definitely sore the following day. I will most likely stick to DTP throughout the rest of this bottle of Ignite 2. Kind of sad knowing it will end in a few weeks. Thanks to those following my log.
Hopefully Paleo diet will help with some clean gains and a decrease in fat. Im trying to get to a very fit 205.

I'm trying to think what else I can add to my routine. I played basketball almost two hours. So cardio was done for today. Tomorrow will be chest, Back and abs.

No worries. I'm loving the Ignite 2. It works really well. Especially on those days when I'm not in the zone or sore from the previous workouts. This product is great thank you guys again. Finaflex is doing great things on A.M.

Today is going to be a great gym day. I'm out of town and its freezing here in Boston. I miss the sunshine state but will deal. Found a gym to use while I'm here. I don't really have a problem finding equipment seeing as though I most use free weights. I'm glad to know its not a Planet Fitness. I know that it will be interesting so until tonight. Brought my Ignite 2 and ready to get in my zone already. I think I'm becoming a Finaflex Ignite 2 junkie, I'm getting nervous I can see the bottle lower in volume.

Had a good pump going. I was sweating like crazy. Superset format is taxing my body though. The Ignite 2 definitely works well with this style of training. I tend to do dumbbell workouts when away from my home gym. That way I don't have to worry about any equipment.

Today was my second day in the gym here.
Worked legs and abs today. Again on my Ignite 2
So I was ready to go.

Warmed up on the elliptical for 15 mins at a nice pace. Got the blood flowing and sweaty quick.

I'm trying train heavy now...
I try to switch on days. At least one day a week DTP. Still looking to make a new workout regimen. Are you using a power lifting style

Sorry it took me so long to post my final review. Had a whole lot going on but I'm back again.

Taste of product I give an 8/10
This had a very good flavor but still a bit medicine taste to me. I had the berry blast. It was very close to the best tasting pre I have used.

Mixability 10/10
This stuff mixed very well even with a spoon in the car. I never had any problem mixing down and it mixes quick.

Effectiveness 10/10
This stuff is without a doubt wonderful. It's strong
An to the point. Great energy almost immediately. Pumps are amazing and I extended workout time during the month I used this product almost to double. Had to drag myself home and still had energy after no crashes with this product ever.

Price 10/10
I did get to try ignite 2 as a log opportunity for my first tub. I purchased my second tub on my own and the price is good per serving.

Overall 9/10

Ignite 2 has become my new pre workout. I had a very good time using this product. It felt amazing every time I used before my workouts and kicked in almost instantly. I can't say how happy I am with this product. I can honestly say I felt strength increases while using this and can't wait to start using more next month. The two products I have used from Finaflex have been great and I highly recommend everyone try there line. The reps are great and there products are too.
