    I did initially but it's subsided. Taking it every morning with breakfast which might help a bit with absorption.

  4. Best part about nolvadren is the lack of sore joints but I know it's working cuz of the increased acne and drying me out. Awesome product!

  5. I had some oily skin the first few days of the run, but nothing since. I can only imagine what this will do for guys coming off cycles!

    Leg day:

    Walking lunges holding a 45 pound plate directly overhead:
    10 steps forward, 10 back x 3

    Single leg deadlifts holding 35 pound plates in each hand:
    3 each leg x 3

    Mountain climbers:
    30 each leg x 3

    Hammer base squat:
    270x6, 360 x4, 270x6

    Squats holding a 45 lb plate directly overhead
    10x3

    205 x 11 (PR), 10 (PR), 9 (PR), 8, 8 (PR)

    Roc-it lat pulldowns:
    250 (PR) x 12, 11, 9, 7
    180 x 9 (PR)

    Farmers walks:
    65 x 2, 2

    Flying push-ups:
    20, 15, 12

  12. As I near the end of my log here, I can say that I would definitely run this stack again. If I decide to go the PH route, I'd use this as part of my PCT. I weighed in today at 192 and had 14.2% body fat, so for me that means I gained some muscle while dropping some fat. If I did cardio more religiously, I'm sure I could be down near 11/12 %. But that's a goal for another time...

    When I took bulk, powdered DAA, it didn't affect me as much. When taking PR, it did affect me, however, this morning I had a protein shake before taking my PR and no issues.
