Love to see a family man! Hope you guys had a blast!

Cheese cake is the bomb! Look up Layne Norton cheesecake, it is amazing and has low carbs and fat compared to normal cheesecake. Not too mention high protein with added whey.

Cissus is working wonders for me right now for this. I'm using 5 caps a day though. I also noticed that after about a months use of Epro the joint issues subsided a lot. Hope it doesn't cause too much of an issue for you bro.

Now that I am on days I have my daughter pretty much all day while my wife works...10am to 730pm, loving the time with her. On nights it seem like I never get to see her.

I am taking 4 caps a day of cissus, not sure I can afford more than that. I have bad knees and a left shoulder that was dislocated back in 07'. Those are really the joints that cause me fits...not alot of pain just alot of noises.

I'll join.
thanks for joining Aaron!

Still on a light week and not following the template above due to traveling mon and tues but today's workout as follows:

Squats:

115x5
145x15

Leg Press:

135x15x4sets

Abs:
Weighted Crunches 25x20x2
Leg Pulls 2x20
Oblique Crunches 2x15
Plate Twist 25x20x2

Diet:
So far I am on track today and will update all of it tonight.

for today not too bad, a bit over my goal though
2060kcal 230p/29c/112f (90/10 beef, chicken, brisket, almonds, peanut butter and protein shake in almond milk)

Supp Notes:

Erase Pro is crushing my estrogen and it is tough to maintain this light week. I wanted to lift more today. At least when I start killin it again the TestPowder and Anabeta Elite should be starting to kick in.

glad to have you BPjohn!

My lifting numbers most likely will not impress anyone but I have purposefully kept my numbers low. In the past I always tried to lift what I did when I was young and ended up hurting myself. Now the goal is to stay healthy and stay IN the gym. Another goal is to get stronger all the while prepping for my first cycle next year.

To be honest I rarely look at actual lifting numbers, just look for progress. Good luck, this is a great stack!

This.
Not everyone is expected to lift the same amount of weight, & everyone has different goals. On top of that what's light to you could be heavy to someone else.

Lol nice dedication
thanks! I recently switched from 12hr nights to days. I was working out at 6am after getting off work. Working out after 6pm would require that I sacrifice family time. So instead Ill just get it done before I work at 6am....off days I will be working out at 8am.

ok day 3

I started the day good, but kinda imploded. I woke at 4am to workout early but my hunger through the day was off the charts. I don't think the Anabeta Elite was kicking in only three days in though. So it had to be my body adjusting to days + slow day at work (boredom) = cravings.

Diet:
2916 cals 159p/137c/201f
I tried to keep it clean as possible though even with the cravings. Lots of almonds, natty peanut butter, eggs, apple, banana and protein shake.

Workout:
still light this week

Shoulder Press
65x5
80x5
95x15

Barbell Shrug
95x15x5sets

Dumbbell Side Raise
20x10x4sets

Dips
bwx15x5sets

Chin Ups (assisted)
four sets of 10, first 5 body weight and last 5 assisted (foot on bench for light push)

Notes:
Took TestPowder before workout, big mistake. Made me nauseous, have to stick with food only. Getting some vascularity though I am sure that is more diet related at this point than anything. Erase Pro really gave my left shoulder (dislocated in 07') fits this morning during the workout. Had a dull ache (more than normal) in the knees too. It is not near as bad as three OG Erase was for me though so I am sure the fish oil and cissus are helping.

Age old adage Bro.....monkey see, monkey do.

I like structure and habits. Peanut butter and Almonds are easy to keep handy and are much better that what i could be killing my cravings with. In all seriousness, my diet has come along way but has a long ways to go! My diet has improved so much thanks to AM and Bros here.

added yesterday's diet...

Off day today and rest day, no cardio. I will use this as my off day from TestPowder as-well. I will post my diet later tonight.

Notes:
Vascularity is increasing and I am up 1lb in 5 days. My waist has no changed at all so I don't think I am putting on fat. Alpha T2 is in the mail and I will be adding this shortly. I upped my fish oil and the joints are feeling better so I will stay at one cap of ErasePro a day for now. I am taking 7 gels a day of fish oil with three being at the same time as the ErPro.

ok, thought about it all day and decided that I WILL do cardio today after work. I mean fat is not going to burn itself right!? I have 1.5hrs of time to burn every pay period and decided to take it so I can still run and get home by my normal time. So I get to run and my daughter doesn't lose and daddy time...WIN/WIN!

Slept wrong last night and woke up with a wicked tight back and neck. Did not hit the gym this morn due to it. I'll ice the sh!t out of it today and see if it feels good enough to lift tonight. Otherwise I will just rest up till tomorrow.

Yesterday's Diet:

2274kcals 145p/64c/175f eggs, bacon, sausage, natty peanut butter, almonds and stuffed peppers again

tried to go lift today and the back is still sore/stiff. I have back issues from the Marines and have to deal with a few episodes every year. Sitting most of the time at work doesn't help either :(

Diet
Diet yesterday was on point until family (wife's side) wanted to go for Chinese. We were out of town too so not like I could just wait till I got home. So I had a plate of white rice and coconut chicken....not all too bad but loads of sodium.

Before the buffet the diet was:1629kcals 100p/70c/95f (was shaping up to be a good day)

Notes:
today will be another day spent rehabbing my back..lots of ice, ibuprofen and a rub down from the wife (wife is a massage therapist). My AlphaT2 arrived today so it is game on in the weight loss department. Before yesterday's foray I was down 2lbs to 196, this morning I was back at 198 again. I will not be adding OxyElitePro to this stack, more of a money issue than anything.

I will update diet tonight....have an awesome day ahead of me today despite not being able to lift. Have my daughter all day and I am going to smoke three whole chicken on my Traeger Grill using apple pellets!

today makes a week so far...

Kind of tough to tell if my strength is up due to a light week last week and being injured last couple of days. I woke up feeling much better today though and hit the gym at 430am again. I was trying to tone it down a bit and not push my self too much. Despite being a little stiff yet my body felt good and I really wanted to crush the lifts.....patience wins out though. I got a good pump and decent workout while keeping the weights moderately heavy.

Workout:

Flat Bench
165x5
185x5
215x11
135x20

Dumbbell Bench
50x15x4sets

Barbell Decline
155x10
165x10
175x10
205x5

One Arm Dumbbell Rows:
45x10x4sets

Diet:
as of typing this I am 769kcal 65p/43c/41f
The plan is lots of chicken and no more carbs today. Carbs to this point are from an apple, protein shake and almonds.

Supp Notes:
To this point I get a strange feeling from the TestPowder, though I am sure it is more the DAA than anything. The feeling is hard to describe, kind of reminds me of when I took Ritalin as a kid. Not very social, a bit agitated and it kills my mood for a bit. Those effects only seem to last about an hour after dosing though and are not enough to make me stop at this point. I will keep an eye on it though to make sure it doesn't get worse. Hunger with AnabetaE is crazy and I expect to really start feeling the full effect of AE this week! ErasePro is treating me much better now. I am taking 7 fish oil gels a day and that seemed to make a HUGE diff for me. I take one gel with the ErPro and the remaining 6 with meals throughout the day. Left shoulder and right knee still cracking quite a bit but the pain is down considerably. Appetite is beginning to get reigned in a bit by the AlphaT2 so I can get back on track losing BF and gaining lean muscle.

More updates coming tonight

I wouldn't worry about it. It's clean. It's tough work. People don't realize that eating "clean" foods even when a couple hundred over shouldn't effect them in a negative way. Good job in here man.

So from 9am to 9pm I had nothing except my BCAA supp Amino1 which helped. After that day a co-worker and I decided to get a pizza and some much needed beer. I was at a fundraiser and I bid on and won a three month membership to my local AnyTime Fitness. I have been looking for someplace else to work out so it is a nice change of pace. So I walk into the gym today and there is a kid (younger than me and I'm 31) in there that is massive....well from the waist up anyways. I just had to laugh because obviously this kid forgot his legs existed. I mean his thighs couldn't have been much bigger than my calves, what a joke. Anyway I got a good leg workout in.

Due to being sick I lost alot of my water and am down 3 lbs. On the plus side I am looking leaner. I can really tell a difference in the amount of water I was holding due to the creatine. I am going to drop the creatine for the rest of this stack. More because I am a head case and the loss in definition was getting to me.
