Maybe all this bad days are my body saying to take a mof'ing break already.. We'll see what happens.

    So yeah I fuked up on the 2 exercises of DTP. I did the heaviest weight first for 10 reps. When I realized it I was already on my 3 set of biceps and triceps already. F'n idiot I know.. But I still had one hell of a workout. Did those Bench Leg Raise to finish up and was pretty bad ass, arms where shaking holding up the weight up while doing the leg raises.

So I set up the camera at the gym to record the 500lb presses. Does it perfectly but instead of hitting the DONE button I hit the BACK button and it cancelled my recording.. MOTHERF'ER!

    2 spoons of butter
    3 spoons of extra virgin oil in a pan in mid high heat

    Add all oregano, parsley, garlic powder, LITTLE bit of salt and mix them together before putting the chicken in.

    Once the butter and oil is bubbly you thrown in the chicken. Keep flipping it every 4 mins until it starts to golden up.

    When the chicken looks good, take it out throw in the mushrooms. So its gets the flavor in them.

    1/3 cup of sherry
    1 and 1/3 cup of marsala wine

    Throw that in the pan with the mushrooms. After a minute put the chicken back in and cover it. Lower the heat. After 5 mins flips the chicken. After 5 mins flip the chicken again for a minute.

    Than throw everything in the sink and say I ain't cleaning that sh!t up! lol

    Super easy to make. Doesn't take more than 20 mins either. Its a nice change from the usual grilled chicken.


    Veggies for the next 3 days.

    Two problems today and 1 PR.

    PR on the dumbbell row with the 75lb for 10 reps. Last week I did the same weight but it was heavy as fudge. Today it seemed light. I THINK I could done 80lb for 4-6 reps if I tried.

    Problem 1: While doing barbell row on my last set I felt this pain in my right trap/neck it hurt like a motherfuker and I just dropped the bar and fell back on the floor in pain. Couldn't even turn my neck. It was so painful. So I sat on the floor for a few mins trying to roll my shoulders back slowly without f'n up more and massaging my trap and neck.

    Problem 2: After a few mins I went on to finish my workout and do Deadlifts. And on my second set I felt the pain again but it wasn't a lot but just enough for me to lose my grip and the bar crash down on the floor. Had to pull out the straps. Finished a 3rd and 4th set of Deadlifts.

    Pain is very minimal right now. Been icing it for over an hour now. Hard to tell what exactly it was. Felt like someone was pulling on my nerve with all their strength. It was very painful. But I sucked it up and finished my workout. Tomorrow is cardio again so hopefully I wake up with any pains there.

    I think today was one of the cardio days I've had. As in longest. I still have a LOT to do if I want to get 2 miles run under 17 mins though.
    It was weird cuz once I hit 16 mins in the treadmill my heart started hurting. That was weird as hell. I never felt anything like it. So I slowed down my pace and the pain was diminishing. Very f'n weird.

    Yeah i know the weights and reps are a mess. There isn't a single day that I do Arms that I don't fuk up.
    Arms were SOOOOO f'n pumped today but I was so damn exhausted that and arms pumped that i could barely put on my sweater on or scratch the back of my neck. I couldn't do a single rep more. So I just stopped. This week 3 already and I can never finish the whole thing. But still I get **** done.

    I almost cut my chest workout short today. After hitting a PR on the Dumbbell Press with the 70s
    this happened too when I dropped the dumbbell on my left arm

    I went on to do Incline DB presses.
    After doing my second set I raised my knees up so I could lower the weight on them and rock myself up but I have no idea how the dumbbell slipped off my hand, fell on my hip bone and dropped to the floor. Holy ****! The manager was sitting in the bench in front of me and saw what happened he got up quickly and came to me but didn't say anything. I just hugged the other dumbbell and curled up into a ball on the bench. Hurt like a motherfudger. When I got up it was like instant head ache. FML! Drank some water, took a 5min break. Than weight upstairs to do the machine incline and the cables cross over.

    Some of the reviews I've read people were saying how they were losing strength and couldnt lift the same weights they were while running M1d and MMv3. I didn't get that. I'm 1 day away from finishing Formadrol and I'm still PR'ing every time.

    Best from both worlds I guess. I'm always lifting heavier on DTP Legs but not seeing a difference in them yet. Arms look a bit bigger. Its been 2 days since I did DTP Arms and they are still sore. Yesterday they were still pumped!

    DTP arms didn't do much, legs I dunno, maybe slightly more definition.
