Ok so I took 1.5 servings(1.5 Tablespoons) and swished and held in my mouth for 60 seconds. An "Insane dose" according to the bottle. I do agree that it tastes amazing. Maybe not like candy but pretty damn tasty!. About 2 minutes after I took the dose a felt a small burst of energy. The thing is it only lasted about 30 minutes and then I felt tired during my cardio. I did sweat a lot more than normal though but I really didn't have any extra energy at all after the first 30 minutes. I did feel a pump in my legs for around 5 minutes after I got off the cardio machine. That was different. Sorry LG guys, I really just have to be honest and I didn't really get much from this product. I'll try it a few more times before I pass judgement though. Maybe its just not for me. Maybe conditions dictated my response and I'll have better luck with it a different time. I'll continue to take it and write an updated review once I finish or before then if I have a different/better experience.
Forgot to say that this product is pre-mixed, which is really nice. You just have to shake it up and pour some in a measuring spoon. Very convenient!.

229.8 body weight today. Slow tired workout today, didn't get much sleep last night. Down 2-5 reps on some exercises but I seemed to maintain strength on some and actually gained on seated pulley rows. Mixed 1 packet No Xlplode 2.0, 1 scoop Wyked, 1 teaspoon EPIC pre-workouts.

I'm trying a new protein from NLA Performance called Recover-D. This stuff is pretty damn tasty. I've tried both with regular whole milk on my carb up days and with almond milk on lower carb days. Tastes sweeter with the milk if you like things sweet. I think its good with both, but it's a personal preference. As far as mix-ability goes, I didn't have to scrape the sides of the blender at all. I don't use shaker cups so I don't know about that. One thing I really like about this stuff is it mixes up just thick enough to be called an actual shake. Really don't like the protein drinks that mix up really thin, with water-like consistency. As far as I'm concerned those products can't be called a "Shake". The thickness also helps with satiety. When eating low carb things tend to get bland and I like a protein "shake" as a treat that can help get you through it. When I do have protein powder I only have one to two servings per day. The product has only 4 carbs per serving so that's not bad. I really LOVE the taste of this stuff. It's "Chocolate Eclair" flavor. Really yummy stuff!. It's a whey isolate/Micellar casein mix with isolate as the first ingredient in the list making it the primary protein. I'd definitely purchase this product. Hopefully the price is right.
Still having stomach problems. Not sure when it started seems to be about three weeks now, but who knows. I think it might be my new tub of Psysillum husks. I've been taking the same brand for over a year now though. Could also be so many stimulants, or too much caffeine is destroying my stomach.
Had two huge steaks today. Angus Beef loin boneless strip steak. Had to put some cheese on top of them too. I feel so much better when I eat more red meat. Don't always have the money for good steaks though. If you go to the store a certain day of the week though they have good markdowns. I got these two packaged together and $5 off.
Craving more Recover-D. Must hold off though. Just ate a huge steak. Stuff is really tasty!. I swear I smell it, but its 10 feet away from me all covered up and closed on top of the fridge. I'm told it will be available soon. I think as soon as next week. Hopefully Nutraplanet picks this up cause its really great tasting protein. Tastes like your drinking desert.
Wicked tired today. Tried a sample pack of Iforce Maximize Intense today pre-workout. Didn't notice a thing, it was as if I hadn't taken a pre-workout at all. Even though my workout wasn't great I still did pretty good on some exercises, pretty good meaning I was able to get up to my current record for reps for those particular exercises. Other exercises I lost some reps.
Still have the runs, seems like I've had this problem for the past 3 weeks or so. It goes away at night once my psysillum husk starts working. Depending on when I take my fiber, several hours later I start to feel better. Maybe around 8 or 10. In the morning the runs are back though. Maybe it's some kind of infection or food borne illness. I'm not going to the doctor yet. Hopefully it will work its way out of my system. Kind of sucks being so tired you don't want to eat or even have the energy to cook anything. Guess I just better man up and deal with it.
I think I may just start eating a bit more carbs on the low carb phase of my diet. Maybe go up to 100 grams.
