Ok here's something cool I noticed working out today. I saw a few veins bulging out of my forearms after a set of preacher curls. That's new to me.

Since I took this dose of 1 gram when I felt so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open I was able to wake up and feel good. This is without the slight anxiousness and heart pounding I got before. So this tells me it is the alphamine giving me the pounding heart and that it is dose related. I still really want to continue taking 6 grams pre-cardio though because it really helps me out in that regard. It does however cause the heart pounding. Maybe I'll compromise and try 4.5 grams instead of 6 tomorrow morning before cardio. Yeah, I think I'm gonna try that. What do you PES reps think of this plan?.

Ok so I took the 4.5 gram dose this morning at 10AM. I have to say I have had no sides at all today so far. Also though I didn't seem to feel much energy at all from that dose. Cardio was very tough and I barely eeeked it out. Walking home today I felt really tired also. Gonna take another dose around 4 today instead of 5:30. I'm gonna try 1.5 grams this afternoon instead of the 1 gram I did yesterday.

I'm deciding on just taking 9 caps of Prime each day instead of the 6/9 protocol. I have 6 bottles total including the one I opened and started using so that should be enough for at least 8 weeks which I think is a good run.

Extremely hungry today, opposite of yesterday so kind of strange. My hunger does normally fluctuate a lot though.

Just mixed two grams alphamine into my fiber. We will see what happens. Yesterday I had a 1 gram dose as my second dose and was fine, no jitters, awake but not a significant amount of energy. Hopefully things go well.

Sunday day is off day from training and off day from Prime and Test Powder. Mon-Tues are off days from Alphamine and on day for Anabeta at 8 caps a day. Well I'll see how things end up going. The eight caps is so I can load up those two days. They are normally my carb load days and I've used anabeta on just carb ups before with this diet and that is where it seems to shine. Weds-Sun are for low carb and dieting down. Mon-Tue are for loading up to keep the muscle while you cut down. Went way over where I wanted to be calorie wise for the past three days. Trying to stay in the 1600-1800 range. Went over by around 200-300 the past 3 days. Guess it's not that bad but hunger is really strong today.

Interesting log. It's hard to tell what is happening to you. Maybe your early days of the Alphamine caused so much appetite-suppression that you are now rebounding? Also looks like your tolerance to Alphamine increased fast. What are your overall thoughts about your stack so far?

It could be that the Prime is kicking in but I thought it may take a bit more time for that. Also my hunger fluctuates a lot, that is normal for me. The tolerance I'm not sure about. I'm going to keep the dosage low today as its my off day from training. As for my overall thoughts so far I think it will be a great stack but it has not even been one week yet so it's yet to be determined.
I usually don't update Sun-Wed. I had a few minutes though. Thanks for following along Cogrick2!.

Just another short update on the alphamine. Took 3 grams empty stomach this morning and now want to go to sleep. Maybe had a small short burst of energy for around 30 minutes but that was it. So its weird, like I did a complete 180 as far as tolerance goes.

Could be your sleep pattern...I'm doing oxy black and most of the time I have consistent clean energy, but a couple times where I need to catch up on sleep I've been able to nap an hour after dosingOriginally Posted by T-Bone

Pretty much took a second dose yesterday of 4 grams and sipped on it for a while. Got that nervous feeling again halfway through a 16 oz cup of it mixed with water. Gave the rest of it to the wife. Crashed hard at 11:30 PM but had an excellent night sleep. The thing is my first dose is usually on an empty stomach. Second dose always with food. Yesterday second dose was taken with a Porterhouse steak. I think that is the common theme. Most times so far the second dose has made me feel nervous/anxious and I always eat with it. So maybe the food actually makes alphamine work stronger?. Or maybe its just me?. I don't know.
Today's workout was a lot better without alphamine. These two carb up days, Mon-Tues I'm taking off from alphamine. I took Prodigy pre-workout and had a great workout today. Much more relaxed, concentrated and focused than days I took alphamine. Wednesday I think I'll start with a 3 gram dose and see what happens pre-workout. Later on maybe just 1.5 grams. Seriously though it seems the fuller my stomach, the stronger the alphamine is.

I didn't use alphamine today. I don't think its for me based on the experiences I've had so far with it. Can not tell if its gonna make me feel nervous, give me nothing at all, or give me a crash. I really don't use fat burners much. For fat burning from PES I do like AT2 though, went through 2 bottles of that and had a great experience. Expect to see my bottles posted up on the auction section soon. The difference I feel when not taking alphamine and the improvement in performance is notable.
Gonna start using Anabeta everyday instead of just carb ups starting today.

Ok well since not using the Alphamine the extreme hunger is gone. Today I tried Jack3d Micro for the first time. Used one scoop pre-workout and didn't take my Peak Beta Plus so I could make a fair assessment of the micro. Also didn't want too many NO2 increasing supps at one time. Peak beta plus contains 75 mg L-Norvaline per serving and I usually take two servings. That combined with Jack3d Micro could be a potential problem. Really don't feel like passing out from too low blood pressure. Nitrate containing products usually make me tired and I've had dizzy spells before from one I've tried but can't remember at the moment the name of it. Jack3d Micro did make me tired but no dizzy spells at one scoop dosage. I couldn't stop yawning on the way to the gym.
Once I got going at the gym doing cardio it seemed to help with a little more endurance than normal. About halfway in I did notice that I was able to push harder and move faster while at the same time my heart rate was lower than normal. As far as taste goes I think it was pretty good. It also seems to mix a lot better than most pre-workouts and there was little to no particles/sand left at the bottom of my cup. Stimulant wise I didn't feel a thing. This product may be better suited towards cardio and regular Jack3d for weight training. Yesterday for weight training I used Taurus Nutrition Wyked. Good strong energy from that product but doesn't mix so well. Only used 2 scoops to start. Not much as far as focus though compared to regular Jack3d which is what I had been using before I ran out a little while ago.
Some other things I've noticed that past 3 days or so libido is definitely up. Also noticing so muscle growth on my forearms which is great because I've always had stick like forearms with not much muscle at all. The wife is even noticing saying I look stronger/bigger. The thing is I'm eating to lose fat. 1600-1800 calories a day on my low carb phase. I try not to go over 1800. Strength is noticeably up since cutting out the alphamine too.
So things are going pretty good so far.
