  1. Felt good today, but yet one I got to gym, after voting just didn't seem to have it. I hit my right side truck door up against a short block wall from the road. Well not hit it but brush into and cause some paint job damage and bent in the material. So I was lil upset at that. But just didn't have the strength today on chest/tri day like normal. Still I put out the best I could and gave it my all.

    Chest:

    smith machine bench press: 185lbs x 8,8,8

    incline db presses: 60lbs x 10,10,10

    peck/deck: 137.5 lbs x 10,10,10

    tri's: machine dips: 120lbs x 10,10,10

    rope pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10

    v bar press downs 130lbs x 10,8,6 super set with

    reverse cable bar curls: 120lbs x 10,10,10

  3. Yeah bro miss you man. Glad you came in. I'm going to start a new log soon, stay tuned lol. I hit 285lb on incline bench couple weeks ago, but gym today was so packed didn't get chance to do so.

That day I took it is the day I hit 285 on inclines. It freaked me out. So I got a tub of prodigy just awaiting the fat burner. Plus I may throw something else in. I'm on week 8 of my trt test cyp/eq. I'm also supose to be getting my hands on some solid clen. That will be wicked.

    machine press: 100lbs x 10,100lbs x 8, 90lbs x 6,


    behind neck pulldowns: 90lbs x 10,10,10


    lat machine reverse pull downs: 150lbs x 10,10,10


    shoulder db presses: 45lbs x 10,10,10


    lat machine side raises: 70lbs x 10,10,10


    db upright rows: 35lbs x 8,8,8 first time attempting these


    db shrugs: 55lbs x 10,10,10

  14. Yeah machine shoulder press. I'm weak in this area. I mean not like total weak, but I got a lot to go since having shoulder surgery in Jan this year. It's better but I wont to do extreme numbers.

  15. Nice numbers packman! Hard to do those upright rows when the poundage starts to go up... I had wrist issues with 40s and had to start using a bar instead

  16. I've been on bar uprights for while, but this is new and man it didn't hurt just felt like I might have to go down on weight til form is dead on. I felt it though!

  21. Man today was slow at work but got off early! I hit gym around 6 and workout for over hr and them sum. I didn't want to stop lifting. I kept trying to figure out what I hadn't done yet, and now my arms are dying!!!! I hit back and biceps!
