Okay guys it's time to get cereal.
I was laying down to take a nap (insulin spikes still f*ck me up lolol) and I noticed when I put my arms over my head my upper chesticals are starting to choke me now, I am really happy with my gains so far.
Sleep has still been suffering a tad but it could also be stress from school and work. I had pretty ****ty days Tuesday and Wednesday, today I have to study around 4 chapters of psychology for a test tomorrow.
Haven't been posting my diet b/c 1. I am tired and lazy 2. I figured no one really cares.
this week has been a lot of carb back loading though, ie: today I had a pizza for my 12 sets of squats.

today was probably the best day I have had in a while, t911 really makes my mood better.
the even more Alpha than usual feeling is still there, doesn't last as long but it's a nice kick.
owned my psychology test, got a killer arm workout and got to leave work early. I am a happy dudebro.
bout to eat my last meal and in a bit drink my other packet of RecoverPro. and of course watch the Olympia

Hack Squat Straight Leg Calf Raises (2-3 second bottom stretch and 2-3 top squeeze)
Straight Leg Smith Machine Calf Raises (same protocol but with really short rest periods)
Rear Delt Flyes on Pec Deck Machine (keeping tension constant, only went down about half to three-fourths of the way and held at top for a good second)
Decline Weighted Sit Ups
35 lbsx25 + 25 lbsx10 + 10 lbsx3
35 lbsx10 + 10 lbsx5
Seated Calve Raises (shoulder width) my quads are so sore it hurt to even unlock it
20 second second squeeze at top, 20 second stretch and cranked out 10 more.

225x12 (I got really tired for some reason, kinda annoyed me)
Incline Db Press (twist and flex right before so they dont clank)

came home to 4 homemade breakfast tacos. Egg and lean pork sausage on flour tortillas. MMMMMMMM
took my second 2ml dose of t911 now it's time to eat more.
I think I am really locking in this IF thing, I can eat most of my calories withing 3 hours now instead of taking the full 5 hours.
I am gonna bump my calories a little bit so I can get ready for my lean bulk. I am finally seeing some striations in my chest and I don't wanna lose those.

1 rep from 225-365 in small increments. I forgot which exactly, speed was good and 365 was raw. Couldn't lock out 385 and my grip was fubar
