Leg press from 6-12 plates 8 reps
Standing Smith Machine Calve Raises 4 sets 135x12x14 185x12 135x20
Leg Extensions 115x12x12 130x10 130x10 dropped to 65 which I did 1 legged in intervals of 3 til failure <---try that
Machine Leg Press Calve Extensions reverse drop set 110x12 210x12 310x12
finished with a strong waddle to the parking lot.
