hey insider give dem arnold presses a go.. it seems to be the only way i can DO DB presses. by lowering into a reverse grip it takes the stress off dem shoulders.

Well I liked the T911 + ConDense so much I added a little bits and pieces day to my routine, and I was really pissed at the stupidity I dealt with today. First time I've worked out on a Saturday in months it felt weird lol.
Could always use bigger calves so I did
3 sets of flat on the ground calf raises then switched to 3 sets on that little 3 inch platform I was talking about the other day.
Then I went to rear delt flyes, with dumbbells.
5 sets of 12-16 with 30's
then 1 set of 24 with 15's.
Abs. only do em once in a blue moon but grab a decline sit up bench + both a 25 and a 10 lb plate.
Do 1 drop set (35,25,10,body weight) until complete failure! This time I ended up around 40 reps.
Then rest, do it again and you're done.
Back to more calves. Hack squat calf raises.
3 sets normal stance.
3 sets slightly more narrow.
Ended with barbell shrugs just cuz I love traps.
6 sets of 12 with 135.

It's the holy day, yup Football Sunday!!!
Been laying down all day cuz mannnnnnnn I hurt.
Took 2 ml this morning and now I am eating some good ol' seafood stew and a big mixing bowl of shrimp ****tail. Oh yeah I cracked open a brew (just 1 as I watch the Cowboys lose)
Gonna take the next dose after this game + some ConCret cuz I got two tubs of it.
Anyway weather has been bad here in Texas, be safe everyone I'll get back to y'all tomorrow for another glorious chest day.

more or less the same thing as last chest day however I feel a bit stronger. last set of bench I cranked out a drop set of 205x8 to 135x8.
switched decline for the hammer strength bench machine, threw on 2 plates each side and cranked it out.
all in all I am happy with where I am at. t911 is treating me well and no side effects from the Yohimbine (knock on wood)
gonna do pics either 3rd or 4th week to really show the difference.
how was everyone's international chest day?

weighed in at 188, been drinking a lot of water so it's mostly that but still.
same lifts as last week but I brought my belt and straps this time

pouring sweat the whole time, I had to grab 3 paper towels at one point.

Accidentally added two scoops of ConDense cuz I wasn't paying attention, oh well. Drank half with my 2 mL of t911 and half when I got to the gym.

Started off standing military press (never really done this before)

i realise you are not asking me but.. i have used it in conjunction with my current cycle.. and im almost done with week 4.. im still achieving woodros and thyne nutz are still about 2/3s their regular size. on my stack its a good sign of its prowess.

Squats 135x12 185x10 Switched to front squats 185x10x10 (used a little strap trick I learned)
choked the living hell out of me I still feel my adams apple all f*cked up
Leg press from 6-12 plates 8 reps
Standing Smith Machine Calve Raises 4 sets 135x12x14 185x12 135x20
Leg Extensions 115x12x12 130x10 130x10 dropped to 65 which I did 1 legged in intervals of 3 til failure <---try that
Machine Leg Press Calve Extensions reverse drop set 110x12 210x12 310x12
finished with a strong waddle to the parking lot.

Got the sickest arm workout today bros
Didn't fast today but I did train on an empty stomach
2ml t911 about an hour before gym and 1 scoop condense 10 minutes before
Skull Crushers -
70 lb preloaded 4 sets of 12 anchored my elbows in place like no tomorrow
Seated Over head tricep extensions (Db) -
80x12 100x12 110x8+80x8 110x6+80x6+40x8
One arm cable extension (again tied rope in a knot) -
35x12 superset with 35x12 using rope both hands
Same thing but back to 45^
Standing db curls -
40x10 40x10 40x5+25x5 long rest to talk to someone 40x5+25x5
Preacher ez bar curls -
still haven't figured out the damn weight of the bar :/ But again 1 set wide grip then 1 close grip (number will be the weight I added to each side of the bar)

Oh never really mentioned my water intake, it's around .75-1.2 gallons a day.

Hack Squat calve raises, the set # = seconds on bottom and on top so set 1 = 1 second at stretch and 1 second at flex, set 2 and so on (I just made it up off the top of my head)-
restart at 2 seconds for 225x12x12
Incline press? lol-
Decline drop set crunches to failure again
2 sets 10 off pad+10 on
time for an essay, a rhetorical argument, 2 math assignments, study for a psychology test and 3 meals. (good thing I have ConDense and t911)

(with twist and squeeze)
(Put neck pad on and really worked on controlling the lift)
Set at 3x20
This stuff is really kicking in guys, I feel a lot tighter in my movements and I definitely feel more hardness in my muscles. Super energy and all, even did a set of pull ups at the end to enter a contest haha
