Today was a so so day... Had a fuggin fantastic sleep finally was out like a baby, woke up fasted till lunch and ate a light lunch which was 2 ham sandwich an a glass of chocolate milk. About 2 hours after I proceed to workout.
Bench 4 set to fail just 145lbs got a crazy pump next I went to do seated Dumbbells 65lbs started with 5 reps each side before I started to feel funny sick feeling so that when I stop my workout short.
Shoulders are a lot more rounded then they ever been, waste slimming down, back lolling pretty lean, overall today looking decent. 2 days till pct and I can't wait to start!
