Pic from earlier in the week. When looking at previous vs current, looks like I may have added a little BF or holding a little H2O, but feel fuller like when on a little bit of test. Shoulders and chest haven't atrophied at all IMO, which is good since they really haven't been trained in 3 wks. Really need to dial cardio and diet in to "recomp" lol. The hunger I've had lately is making that difficult. Calories are clean for the most part.
