    with all the carbs i took in this weekend, the pump was INTENSE to say the least. i absolutely LOVE this ConDense. its some of the best stuff going.

    two scoop day. i destroyed. my CNS hates me right now, legs are wobbly, bodies nauseous. sick ass leg day. thoroughly enjoyed my self. kept the rests short and intensity high.

    Death to legs

    Leg ext
    110x12, 190x10, 265x10, 265x12- 265 is the full stack i'm going to try to start pinning plates on it. i think i could have gone bigger

    hack squats

    narrow leg press (heels touching, plate weight only listed, i dont know sled weight)

    sumo leg press

    seated hammer strength leg curl
    45x12, 90x10, 115x8, 135x8

    straight leg deads
    135x8 for 3 sets

    standing calves on a machine, 30 second rests between sets

    abs- hanging leg raises 5 sets till fail with 30 second rests

    i attempted to do cardio. it didnt work so well.

    I felt like a fuggin monster the ENTIRE time i was in the gym. when i said down to hit the leg extensions for my warm ups, i expected it to be heavier so i threw ALOT more muscle into it than needed and hit the top of the machines movement. the pumps are getting insane.

    i should add i might have the rest of this week worth of condense, so i'll be writing a final sometime between thursday and tuesday. i HOPE my melon condense shows up soon... definitely worth paying the money that purus is asking for.

    ok guys. I've been sick for the last week. pretty sure its a sinus infection. sh*ts kicking my butt. I'm going to go ahead and write my final review of the condense in the reviews section. I am getting another bottle and its the melon flavor, so i'll continue to log once i start feeling less like death.

    enjoyed it isnt even the right words for it. purus has some of the absolute best supplements on the market right now in my opinion. there isnt one that i havent enjoyed.

    well. im over my little bit of a cold. my melon berry cooler condense is here now. took a scoop and a half. that tastes like a pink jolly rancher. this stuff ROCKS. it actually helps when you crave sweets i think. rocked my shoulders and bi's. didnt lose much strength in my week and a half of hardly eating anything and being sick. thank you testosterone enanthate.

    Pumps are still spectacular with the condense, some of the most insane pumps i've had. today i noticed a vein in my trap. never seen those ones before...

    well, my friends at purus, you're in luck. i felt like a little creatine today, so i used some fresh fruit flavored marinade. guess that means i'll make some comments about it in here- absolutely love the stuff. the energy is so smooth and clean, the focus is as intense if not more than the condense. the pumps arent nearly the same but its not a pump product so its ok by me. felt absolutely strong until the least set of incline dumbbells but still had good energy to keep going.

    flat bench
    135x10 225x10, 275x8 315x6, 315x6, 275x8

    i felt like i could get at least 4 reps a solid 20-30lbs heavier BUT for safety's sake i refrained.

    incline dbs
    65x10, 85x8 for 4 sets

    cable flies
    35 per sidex8 35x8, 35x8 drop set to 25x8

    vbar push downs

    close grip bench- by the time i got here my tri's were so friggin pumped and tired

    2 scoops. i was dragging azz. managed to salvage the work out pretty good. i'm going to add in some creatine and glutamine to the condense soon to see what kind of pumps that gives me. i've been loving my little science projects and experiments with condense. havent gone wrong so far.

    Been slammed with life. appologies for the lack of updates. Still Taking the condense, mostly in place of coffee since its easier to avoid sugar and cream and such, and the energy is better. I have noticed with the melon berry cooler that i'm getting a lot more BA tingle than in the Apple. still enjoying the **** out of it though.

    hit the gym today. took down a scoop of muscle marinade- im getting back on creatine, i'm starting my loading phase today at 20g a day for the next week, i'll drop it down to 10 for maintenance until its time to start recomping/cutting for summer.

    felt absolutely AWESOME today. i love the energy i get from the purus pre work out products. doesnt matter which i take i always feel like an animal in the gym. little less pump from the marinade but its not a pump product so i cant complain. once i start my pct up i'll be using the marinade with Dpol getting that freak nasty nitrate pump on again. kinda excited about it. i've been on a long cycle and i'm ready to come off.

    today was a m/m day again. gonna keep using marinade until i get to the creatine maintenance phase. then its back to condense. god i love the marinade. never diminishing returns. so much energy.
