Eating -200-400 kcals below maint.
Lifting schedule- 2 on 1 off repeat. Heavy low rep, moderate volume. Extreme stretching.
Im actually 14 days in on osta and NP 1-carboxy and one day in on S4. Ill have my bf% checked again this sunday or so after church, via ultrasound.
