Im gonna keep this log updated until the show. Just to keep me on track.
So i started this log around 155lb-160lb at 5'4" lol obviously my height wont change, but last night after all my food was consumed i weighed 136.2 lbs (dang!) I hit chest last night, heavy day havent put numbers up lately so here ya go
Pec deck (pre ex) 80x15x2 90x12
Bench- 135x6 185x6 190x4 195x4x2
Incline db-45x10 60x8 65x6x2
Decline bench- 135x7x4
Took 45mins to complete. And i knocked out 45mins cardio last night.
Supps/diet are still good as far as i can tell.
