8oz unsweetend almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein

2 tbsp skippy natural pb
1 atkins chocolate coconut bar (9g fiber!)
Chest was pretty full with blood, looked nice and thick as well! This week im gonna get all my carbs from fruit (blueberries and pineapple) and yogurt. See how it works for fat loss...
