Day three: Chest/Back
Added Purus' as my DAA product along with a sample packet of and WOW, best workout I've ever had! No soreness in my shoulder on presses which is very unusual for me, so definitely a good day!
Pullups: 20, 18, 16 each set followed by:
Bosu ball pushups: 30, 24, 20. 90 second rest after each superset
Seated bench press: 265 x 5 followed by 235 x 3 dropset. Then 265 x 7, then x 6 (changed position and hence more reps) followed by:
Seated mid rows: 260 X 12, 11 10. 90 sec rest after each superset
Hex bar shrugs: 90 x 10,10,9,9,8. stopping at top and bottom for one second.
Lat machine pulldowns: 230 x 12, 11, 10
Farmer's walks with 60 lbs: two gym lengths
Bench press machine (lying down) 270 x 10, 310 x 8, 5, 270 x 5
Hour's worth of working out and I felt awesome! Getting good sleep running this stack, no stiffness or dryness; at least not in joints. Still very thirsty.
