    60s aren't too bad.. but after rows and preacher I wasn't running 100%. Still got some decent numbers though! Thanks coop!

  5. Woke up yesterday and weighed in at 279! haha.. looks like I am putting on some muscle. I am going to start adding in some more cardio to get that number to keep coming down. I truely do feel leaner though.. my forearms, traps, and triceps are filling out quite a bit and my clothes are just getting looser. I am not too sure what to think of this..? Ill see if I can mod my cals/carbs and increase/change cardio up to see whats going on.

    I am really impressed so far with x-gels and bulbine. Bulbines effects havent worn off which is surprising to me, as this happened with another bulbine product that I have experience with, and the x-gels seem to only get better with continued use.

    I have a heavy chest day today where I am going for all out strength. Ill be back later today with the report!

  6. Woke up yesterday and weighed in at 279! haha.. looks like I am putting on some muscle. I am going to start adding in some more cardio to get that number to keep coming down.     Today was one of the best chest workouts I've had in a very long time. I was firing on all cylinders today and I felt RUTHLESS!

    Intensity was an 11 today. I felt unstoppable. Strength was unrelenting and endurance seemed never ending. Definitely the highlight this far for workouts while using x-gels. The only issue today was that I felt stiffer than the tin man. Nothing a few extra warm up sets couldn't solve!

  10. The skin on my midsection is very stretchy from when I was heavier. Its kind of a pain to show any weight loss from that area with me... but I promise its there!

    Other pictures from today. I tried to show the development in my triceps as I am seeing a lot of improvement.

    Okay guys I'm really excited because today's workout was incredible! I'm in the middle of week 3 with this stuff and I can honestly say it has kicked in now. I felt like there was no weight too heavy... cardio was a breeze and my pump can only be described as skin bursting. If this is the beginning of how things are going to be then I am flat out stoked!


    I felt like I couldn't get enough today! The dumbbells were flying and I wanted MORE! Next thing I know, I look up to see I had been killing it for 2hrs! Not counting the 30mins cardio! Damn I hope this whole week is like this. I couldn't ask for better!! I maxed out several machines and smashed p

  19. Alright guys.. sorry no update for the past couple days, but I've been busy with a new business I'm starting and family stuff. Just about done with my bottle of bulbine and I believe on my 4th bottle of x-gels. Bulbine is still kicking, and even after stressful exhausting days on minimal calories my libido is awesome. Honestly it gets annoying sometimes haha!

    X-gels is really showing its true colors. I feel pumped and hard everyday.. even rest days. My strength and explosive power is doing better then when I cycled havoc.. which seriously blows me away. The only down side is joint pain (elbows, shoulders, knees clicking) and feeling a bit stiff at the beginning of a workout. Nothing too crazy though! Pump is still x rated.

    I weighed at 276 today.. 3lb drop from Sunday. Now we are getting somewhere!

    Today I just wanted to get a nice overall chest/back lift to get me moving again after 2 days off.

    Killer day. I've never done so much weight on rack pulls. Ever. It just felt effortless today! 405 was my last PR and as you can see, I kinda blew that out of the water. HS decline got maxxed out as well, and it honestly felt light. I had a buddy check my speed and form because I couldn't get over how light it was.. and he said I had perfect ROM with easy reps. INSANE! I feel like the lack of creatine, agmatine, and gms had ZERO effect on training. Endurance still crazy.. pumps still ridiculous.
