Hey guys! I wanted to put up a log showcasing two new products on the market by SNS. X-Gels is their new ArA product, and I am very excited to see this in action as I have no prior experience with ArA.
This log is unsponsored. My goal here is recomposition down to 250-260. I am down from 294lbs on June 21st, down from 340lbs 50%+ BF in 2009. I am eating 1800-2100 calories daily, protein (2-300 grams daily) comes from alr humapro, and tilapia. Fats (<80 g) from fishoil, olive oil. Carbs (<100g) from Southlands Glycomyx and brown jasmine rice.
My starting stats:
Age: 23
Height: 5'11
Weight: 278lbs
Bodyfat: too damn high (20%+)
Training style: intensity, heavy weight, and intensity!
Lifting stats
Incline bench: 405 1RM
Lat pull: 305 5RM
Squat: 495 2RM
Deadlift: 405 1RM (can't seem to get them going!)
Barbell Military: 315 3RM
Other supps used: I am a supplement whore by definition. With that being said ill try and not forget any.
SNS FXT (mornings as a wake up)
SNS ALCAR (2g PWO)
SNS Agmatine powder (1g PWO)
CL glycergrow (1g PWO)
CL greenmag (1 serving PWO)
CL OT (3 morn, 3 night)
CL Fishoil (4 ed)
ALRI Humapro (2 serv. Pre and post)
ALRI Chain'D out (2 serv. During)
Southland glycomyx (.5 serv. Pre, post)
DS CRAZE (2scoops pwo)
X-gels (8 pwo mon-fri)
Bulbine (1 morning, 1 pwo)
There is more, but it is stuff I don't really use everyday... ill put it in the log if I do.
As you can see, SNS is a staple brand for me, and I do truely feel that they make some of the BEST products available and keep them dirt cheap. I have a lot of respect for them not selling out to higher margins, and 3rd party testing all their batches for purity.
Ill post up before pictures tonight (don't laugh!) And first day workout notes.
