Weighed in at 274.6 this morning! Hell yeah!
Took my bulbine this morning and about 45 minutes after got kind of a rush...? Like uh.. well to keep it PG, the wife is a happy lady! I'm REALY starting to feel bulbine in that department!
Numerous supersets hahaha!
Anyway, I'm feeling awesome today! Very confident! Going to spend some well deserved time with the family and kick back. Going to hit it HARD tomorrow, adding in some more cardio and hitting single body groups daily, focusing on compound lifts. Should be killer, and I want to see how close I can get to 270 by Sunday!

MANDATORY CHEST MONDAY! Full 1.5g dose!
Just got back from a working chest. My spotter bailed and I was fasted, but it was still a sick lift.
2 calcium tabs
2 scoops craze
2 scoops Humapro/1 scoop BCAA
NO AGMATINE OR GREENMAG... Wanted to feel the X-Gels more accurately.
Okay, its official. This bulbine is kicking hard. I felt so damn confident in the gym today.. almost aggressive? Had insane tunnel vision and had this "this weight AINT ****!" type attitude lol. It rocked!
The X-Gels are no joke at 1.5g. Seriously guys.. the pump was unreal. I looked like a different person. I will take pictures on Thursday before and after I lift arms so maybe you can see the effects.. really no agmatine or pump products needed here. Its really that crazy!
I had to lift machines which sucks but hey, at least they are hammer strength.
Cardio: 10 mins before, 30 mins after lvl 12 80RPM
Decline HS (wide grip, slow negative, explosive eccentric)
2 plates each side (180lbs) x 20 (warm up)
3 plates each side (270) x 15
4 plates each side (360) x 12
5 plates each side (450) x 6 drop set to 4 plates x8 drop to 3 plates x 9
Incline HS (med grip, slow neg, explosive eccentric)
3 plates x 13
4 plates x 9
5 plates x 5 rest pause x3 drop set to 4 plates x6
Flat HS (this machine blows..awkward angle for a flat bench)
2 plates x12 slow stretch 2 second hold at contraction. 4 sets
190x15 (2 sec hold at contraction)
295x9 (whole stack holy hell. PR for sure!)
The pump was pretty damn overwhelming guys. Also, that warm effect was back but waaayy more intense. I was sweating like a fat chick on prom night no joke. I noticed A LOT of elbow, and shoulder soreness at the start of the lift, but became less noticeable as the lift went on.

I like the hammer strength machines for the stretch they allow... way deeper than standard barbell.
However, barbell seems to stimulate more strength and muscle growth.. I guess its good to switch it up once in a while!

I've always avoided the HammerStrength machines and I'm not sure why I have a phobia associated with them. I may have to give them a go at some point just to change things up and see how they treat me.

They're kind of cool.. the decline is my favorite. The stretch is ridiculous compared to barbell. The incline isn't bad either but damn do I hate the bench press and military press ones. Awkward as all hell..Originally Posted by DJBeanPole

Oh, and the hammer strength row machines are staples for me.. those things have added so much size to my back. My gym only has up to 125lb dumbbells so I grew out of them awhile ago for rows.
But the Iso-lateral high row is such a badass machine!

Shoulders is coming up for me tomorrow... Any of them pertain to that? I know what u mean about military press. I love the dbs for that. Complete freedom in the ROM.

Hammer strength shrug is awesome... but anything else I'd suggest to use dumbbells. I wish my gym had a HS lateral raise :/

Definitely agree with you Evan, some of the Hammer Strength machines are really nice while others i would never touch. Glad to see the log is coming along nicely.

Back day. The best day of the week.
Took all my stuff, including creatine and agmatine. Workout was short and sweet. No spotter again though.. I need to find a more dedicated workout partner!
Bike: 20 minute warm up
Wide grip lat
165x15 warm up

Overall, pretty damn good. I had that alpha feeling again all day which kicks ass!
Having some odd occurrences with bulbine... certain physiological changes reminds me of using clomid. Pretty damn crazy but the wife is diggin' it!
My libido is sky high which is crazy because when dieting hard like I am, sex to me seems very unappealing. The sexual enhancements of bulbine are definitely worth noting.. the strongest of any test booster I've used. My back is oily as hell too.. this stuff is legit!! I want to order another bottle!
The x-gels pump effect is just crazy. Seriously.. I wish I discovered ArA sooner. Feeling strong while in a major calorie deficit is awesome and keeps me very motivated! I am noticing sore joints, and increased soreness... but nothing too bad.
Does ArA decrease appetite? Ever since I started using it, my appetite is non existent.

Looks like my upper body day pill stack. 4 caps COP, 4 caps Agmatine, 3 caps MCC, 2 caps ALCAR.
Fantastic back workout, lifting heavy ass weight i love it.
As far as the appetite thing, could be from a number of things. I have seen random people comment on loss of appetite when using ArA but not enough to really think it's a serious occurance. I've actually seen bulbine cause appetite suppression quite a bit, so my official guess is it's the bulbine.

I love HS equipment too including the iso-lateral rows and the wide chest. I take my first dose of X-Gels in about an hour. This will be my third run of ArA.

Sorry for no update yesterday guys. Had a long day, and really wasn't feeling the gym. I went anyway.. and really focused on big sets on my quads. My legs are more sore than normal today, and I attribute this to the x-gels. Also, my strength and stamina keeps going up even though I ate only 1300 cals yesterday.
Libido and confidence is still off the chart.. I'm also noticing I'm sleeping longer and deeper than before. Its a pretty significant change. I get tired earlier and falling asleep is very easy.If I don't get 8-9 hrs of sleep I feel crazy groggy in the morning. My skin is VERY oily, im taking 2-3 showers a day to keep up. This happened to me when I ran tropinol as well, but the effects are much more pronounced this time, without the moodiness I experienced. I am REALLY liking bulbine! Definitely the best herbal test booster I've used so far!

Today I woke up feeling much better. Popped a bulbine and some alcar when I woke up to get me going.
Today was arms and I was bound and determined to kill it.
I wanted to show you guys the pump I'm experiencing from x-gels. I did my best with the pictures but they aren't the best of quality. Ill see if I can get better ones another day!
