I'm averaging 4x per week of a total 6 days lifting. The other 2 days involve OH squatting of some kind usually. Today I didn't squat, but I did snatch balance and OH SQ. It really seems to be working too, last meet prep the week before was 385x3x2 squats and 525x3x2 deads. I did 415x3x2 squat days after sets of 425 and 405 earlier this week,

Less worried about deadlifts now, most weight I've had on the bar since my injury in May. 495x3x1 was not that hard at all, considering the days of squatting before this session. Will probably do another deadlift session Sunday to grease the groove more, looks like I'll good for at least 525 in competition.

Day started at 7am, 192lbs in the morning, was at the meet 8:30am, lifting started 9:30am. Three of my teammates were in the first flight (women and men up to 165kg). My buddy Dustin and I were in the 2nd flight (men 181-198). We started lifting at 11:30am, warmed up for squats and they felt a little heavy but not too bad.

    SQ 430 - Easy lift.
SQ 450 - No lift. Knee wraps were too tight, I asked for them tighter...and tying the right knee, it came untied and we had to retie, and thus was a different tightness than the left knee. I couldn't get any knee travel forward, my ass shot back and I caved right into the spotters arm. They caught me and all was good.
SQ 450 - Good lift, a little bit of a struggle. Disappointed I didn't get 465+ as I had just a week ago. Meet PR.

State and American Record, Juinor 181 Classic.

B 215 - Easy lift, flew up, no video though.
B 235 - Pretty easy, most I've benched since April, hit a small stick point, but got past it easy.
B 245 - No lift, hit the same stick point and came to a halt. I'll be improving my bench for the next meet, and will get this (and more). Elbow started to bother me, but I don't think it held me back.

State Record (lol), Junior 181 Classic.

D 518 - Easy lift, was supposed to be 495, I was feeling good warming up, so pulled 495 and then went to change the opener.
    D 535 - Good lift.
D 573 - Hard lift, but still good. I was kinda mind blown when I felt the keep moving, hellyamother****er.
D 578 - No lift. You can ask for a 4th lift when it's an American record breaker, so I did since I felt I had more in me. I failed this same lift last April meet. I didn't know the platform was waiting for me, I never heard my name called. My buddy then came up to me with a huge chunk of callous hanging off his hand and asked me to fix it. I was confused as hell, people were yelling at me to get to the platform. I rushed over, knocked over a chalk bucket, belted up and tried to rip n grip and failed hard. Only got it 4" off the floor. Next meet.

State and American Record, Junior 181 Classic.

Both disappointed and pleased, next meet is USAPL Nov 3rd, qualifier for Collegiate Nats. I want 450/250/580 RAW @ 181.

Both disappointed and pleased, next meet is USAPL Nov 3rd, qualifier for Collegiate Nats. I want 450/250/580 RAW @ 181.

Nice work. That's not a dl pr?

    Thanks guys, appreciate the support.

Royd, it was a 10lb PR that I am pretty happy about considering I hadn't pulled over 500 since I pulled 562.5 in April.

Squat felt slow today, but that's to be expected not even a week after the meet. 188 BW, need to start dropping weight, only have 3 weeks till USAPL.
