lol didn't mean it like that Mack, but I can triple into the 5s on deadlifts, so 455x3x3 isn't much.

Swimming murdered my legs and rotator cuffs. Legs had zero power on squats, and RC muscles were fatigued by just snatching the bar. I have no endurance...

First day squatting raw with zero pain in left hip adductors, awesome.

A good tricep overload for top end strength. You can make your own, and if you don't have a training partner, attach bungee cords and bungee it around your torso to stay in place.

That's all for today, not sure what I'll do tomorrow, been changing my routine to work around rowing. Most I've squatted in just knee wraps, but I was pretty fatigued from this morning's rowing.

It's actually post-wo, the space between is supposed to indicate that, I used to label but then got lazy. Take it 20min before post-wo carbs.Thanks.

Around the horn I've described before: it's the hammer strength seated row that looks it has horns for handles so you can grip at various angles and widths, I start at one end and work my way down.

Had to take 10 seconds on the last set and recoup to finish out 3x10. The reason I do the pause is I feel weaker TnG, so if I'm unsure of the rep, I pause at the bottom and explode up to finish it.

    lol I'm around!

As far as for the stronger part, a buddy of mine from school is only 22 y.o. and only been lifting a couple years but is freakishly strong. He just posted a video of him doing a 900 lb squat yesterday (with suit)! He's trying to go pro as a powerlifter and I think he'll do it too.

Sean, I have not. I'm still having depth issues, and I'm still 10 weeks out or so. As I approach the meet, I'll switch to a smaller suit and find out where I stand.

Indeed, I have quite a few buddies that are a lot stronger than me, always great to surround yourself with stronger people.

He's about 6'3" and 275 lbs. Big boy. Not sure of his totals because we don't work out at the same gym anymore since I got a free membership at Gold's. I mostly just get his texts and FB posts now.

Equipment is a whole nother beast to me, more power to ya. What federation will the next meet be? I have an APA coming up, just looking for feedback, aside from USAPL sucking.

@Sean, definitely. Collegiate Nats in April is USAPL, I'll probably stick with USPA after that for a bit.
