No straps, wait till you see me get back to pre-injury weights. I used to throw around 405 like it was 225.

I could never get my grip up to par with the weight, even with opposite grips. Very impressive. I have been doing stair climbs at the end of leg day with two 50lb DBS to try and get my grip up(and take place of my least favorite exercise lunges).

Focus on static barbell holds, starting double overhand till failure, then mixed grip till failure. Along with plate pinches and farmer walks if you can.

Weighted Lunge

Finished with some ham curls and calve work. I pulled the 395 PR without even realizing it, just kept putting weight on. I think i psyched myself out a bit for 405. 395 wasn't too hard getting up, but maybe i was just gassed idk lol. Weight room was packed, no squats, but i'll live. Even the Hack Squat machine was perma taken, that's how bad it was haha.

Still hovering around 210/211. Been really concentrating on hydration as cramps have been wild lately. If anyone is looking for a great way to stay hydrated and get some vitamins/minerals, look no further than Nimbus Poseidon. Very underrated product, and the Poseidon Nite Time is fantastic for sleep. I'm running 4 scoops a day + 20g Taurine, sipping on it all day and intra workout.

Supplements Used: 4 caps COP, 2g ALCAR

Been switching between Focus XT for leg days, and iForce Maximize Intense for upper body days. So far it's working great. I found i'm running through COP way too quickly if i dose on every workout. I feel that COP is probably best used for lower body training, and Maximize Intense has some great ingredients for those upper body days.

Good workout, squats 3x days in a row and heavier each day. Looking forward to squats on Saturday, probably go heavier as well depending how I feel after Friday's Graston. Some bro was asking me for some tips, asked me what I train for, powerlifting. Of course asks how much I bench, then asks what kind of powerlifter am I bc I bench so little and he benches 365 of course..."I've also pulled close to 600 and squatted 450+." Pullups, really focusing on external rotation of the arms works so much better, no pops/cracks/pain of elbows/shoulders.


Chiropractor ****ed me up today. Electrostim to make my muscles jelle, then adjust, then Graston of left forearm/back/hams/calves. A little over an hour of work put in and I was jelle, with a lot of inflammation.


Hnghhhhhh.

Biceps? Well not much, but the Zottmans were more for my elbows tendinitis. Good to train them to avoid tendinitis is what I hear for the most part.

By "top ROM of" I did just the very top, which is only shoulder extension, which nailed my rear delts. Need them bigger for low bar squats.
