Rower has been helpful for warmups due to my lower back injury from a few months back, gets my hips and entire back warmed up.

Best warmup according to a study I read recently is low intensity for 5-10mins, 10 the best. I just do 3-5mins on the rower and then go into dynamic warmup for lower body.

Wanted to mess around in the suit once before break, the 585 was cake, even after the 6x3 raw. Suit should add at least 30lbs IMO right now, and that's without altering the straps. Feels promising for deadlifts.

I agree with standing. I've replaced it with seated completely. I feel it even more doing it single arm.

I'll have to see if I can find it again, also have to consider weight lifted being much greater with seated over standing.

How low is competition depth? You made parallel. Also, I couldn't see your face but you appeared to do that without max strain. Solid work brotha.

Hip crease below top plane of the patella, first rep was high, second looked passable.

Thanks, like I said it was just a heavy double, no maxing.

If you watch the vid, you'll see it's kilo bumper plates I'm using at an athletic training gym.

Going back to my old gym soon since I'm on vacation right now.

I'll post a full writeup tomorrow.

Squat and bench were both PRs, though I felt I had more in me on both.

Deadlift I screwed my first attempt, rolled forward onto my toes and then went full potato on the bar. 2nd attempt was playing it safe, 3rd attempt was all out. Disappointing getting no lift on 3rd.

    1290 total @ 198, 1340 had I gotten my 3rd deadlift.
