Progressing well on the BTN snatch presses, soon I'll be doing 135 for reps. Back too tight from deads yesterday, no deadlift variant today, plus I was busy as hell training 2 other people this session as well. This PL team is going to be good, some really strong people, the girl I was training today has been adding weight to the bar each session.

Spent a long time digging up my erectors + heat pads before this session to prevent my right erector from feeling like a piece of steel pipe, relaxed. Decent squats though.

Indeed, as good, or better than last contest prep in terms of reps and weight moved. Just need to find out if my max has as well.

Had my quads and hams brutalized by Graston yesterday, they weren't looking forward to this workout. Decent vastus lateralis bruising, back pretty sore as well.

Quick workout before I go to a wedding. Garage gym for the win, had a buddy wrap my knees. Not super tight but they still threw me off a bit, but he said they shot up. I'll squat in wraps next weekend again, tighter next time.

"Graston Technique is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation."

Biceps? Well not much, but the Zottmans were more for my elbows tendinitis. Good to train them to avoid tendinitis is what I hear for the most part.

Solid point, I only did them out of curiosity. Hadn't done box jumps since July, and then 42" was hit or miss. I was hitting 40"+ with easy after squatting, so vert has def improved.

Alien ninja hooked me up with 5 sample packs, not a fan of the GMS and they have a little more stims per serving that I'd like, lame they don't disclose the stim content.

Might as well throw a scoop of Muscle Marinade in there.

Got my new RPM wraps, had to try them. Foreveralone, so wrapped them myself and used half my energy wrapping and tying those suckers. By the time I tied them, exhausted, should have been good for 5+. RPM definitely have more spring, even with my crap wrap job, than my old APTs.

Was still pretty worn down for this day, squats were not as fast as they should have been.
