  1. I swear, the accessory lift on the Cube is always harder. I kept that in as I switched up my training, because it works.

    I'd agree.

    Dry AM 200.4
    Fasted cardio this morning.

    HIIT
    5min warmup
    6x (0:20sec on, 1:00 off)

    1 scoop Condense
    1 scoop CF Focus XT

    DE Squat
    45x10
    135x5
    225x3
    +belt
    275x8x3

As much rest as it took b/t my partner and I each squatting, switching the weight, and immediately under the bar.

    Reverse Band SQ
    +2x Minibands
    +belt
    315x2
    370x2

    Oly SQ
    225x5x5

    Hack SQ
    sled + 90x4x15

    DB Swing
    30x3x15

    Hyper
    +45x3x12

All sets were done pretty fast with little rest, just switching the weight back and forth for each other and helping another buddy. Wasn't that bad today, everything after the reverse band squats was light.

Fuuuuuu. Hard workout, fasted cutting wasn't helping the cause and I missed reps on a few accessory sets bc my tris were gassed. Might start some intra workout carbs. Pump was super strong, biggest I've seen my tris in a while.

I did rep front squats on Wednesday, died a little on the inside.

I assume you know I'm doing 5 set of 2 reps, some people do the opposite. Rep week will be 310x8 next week, plus accessory.

I am not used to this level of reps, so it will do wonders for my strength endurance and conditioning.

Yeah, I do the opposite. Now I see what you're saying. Five sets of two is also harsh.

Someone mentioned on the Cube FB group, and Lilly agreed, to do reps when working up to that final set. Usually the weight before my final set I will rep for 8, or I just rep that 310x8x2

Ya, I do 8 reps on all the warm up sets, so I'll probably do 225x8, 275x8 before.
