    A good tricep overload for top end strength. You can make your own, and if you don't have a training partner, attach bungee cords and bungee it around your torso to stay in place.

    Around the horn I've described before: it's the hammer strength seated row that looks it has horns for handles so you can grip at various angles and widths, I start at one end and work my way down.
