    Energy is good at 2 caps, supposedly 130mg caffeine per cap. Crash at 3 caps.

    Strength seems to be up, not much in terms of focus, good pump.

    At your first meet, I suggest opening with a weight you can easily triple. In case something goes wrong, you'll get it no matter what for 1.

  25. I appreciate that. I wasn't sure how high up you ran the bands. I left chains and bands out for the majority of my last cycle of training but intend to implement it more after the meet.

    Run them on the overhead supports for bench. Deads, I run them on the pins at 6' height.
