Bands were hard, the first set of 250 was full potato. I put on a 25 on one side, my training partner had nothing on the other side. Thought the bands were setup wrong, and pressed it anyways.

Tried this shirt in hope that it was looser, it was tighter. But the groove felt better and I'll probably stick with it.

Not a good workout today, I blame the 2 crunch wrap supremes that were sitting in my stomach while trying to squat, shoudln't have eaten an hour within training...was hard to get my belt on the regular tightness from the bloat.

Mack and Caesar, thanks guise. But not quite up to where I'd like to be, plenty of progress to make.

My next deadlift in a meet might get me ranked top 100 198lb deadlifts on PLwatch.

I do my own programming, though I'm in a university powerlifting club as well. Sometimes I'll have a buddy who is a Strength and Conditioning coach write me up a program depending on my needs.

I thought you programmed your own training.

I'm considering going back and programming mine again, have been doing some extensive reading of the conjugate method and am incredibly interested in giving that a go.

Most of it is training by feel with weekly/linear progression right now.

Raw, which throws a curveball at it.

The plan is to adapt it into something more applicable to overall athleticism, if possible.

It wouldn't be for a while anyway, I don't have enough knowledge of it as of now, and my current programming is very successful. (Jason has been training me for the last 3 months)

    Squat and Deadlift Mobility

This is a pretty good one.

He has a log (although not regularly maintained) where he mostly posts videos of certain exercises or drills that he does as well. I believe the title is something like "It's about dominance".

I'll second Jason being one of my favorite people on here. Great poster.

That mobility thread is great. I do a few of those things regularly now.

How was the energy on Uncut? Also, did the yohimbe affect your breathing and heart rate?

I wanna get a believer bottle when they come out to test.

Energy is good at 2 caps, no noticeable effect from the yohimbe. Overall feel pretty good, only the 2nd time I've used it though.

Vid incoming. Deads felt good, a few things to work on such as head position and keeping the bar tighter to me. First time doing reverse bands, felt good man. The conventional sets were practically speed work.

    How do you like Uncut?

I have some on the way. I may have to incorporate reverse band bench into my routine after my meet.

Energy is good at 2 caps, supposedly 130mg caffeine per cap. Crash at 3 caps.

Strength seems to be up, not much in terms of focus, good pump.

    Strength is what matters.

I plan on it. I'm a few weeks out and am just now getting into my groove with benching. I don't want to throw it off. I'll prob hit ya up later and see how you personally rig it up.
