Very excited to go a 2nd round with Intimidate. My first cycle was run MAR/APR and can be found here: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/196912-1969s-intimidate-erase.html

Serious gains were made with my first run of Intimidate + Erase Pro. My lifiting program was a basic Stonglifts 5x5.

MY GOAL: Get Stronger! Add weight to my Flat Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat, and Overhead Press via Wendler's 5/3/1 program. Maintain current bodyfat at 10%.

5/3/1 Notes:

Currently finishing my 2nd Cycle of 5/3/1. This week is my "Cycle 2: Week 4" which is a deload week. I figured that deload would be a good week to start my natty test booster run because then the sups will be in my system for a week before hitting the heavier weights of "Cycle 3: Week 1"

Here are some current lifiting highs that I will be shooting to break on this cycle:

SQUATS (ATG) 235 x 6 from June 24.
DEADLIFTS: 405 x 4 from June 20.
FLAT BENCH: 250 x 6 from June 16
OVERHEAD PRESS: 145 x 5 from June 19

Dosing schedule: 1 dose of Intimidate midday (Intimidate interferes with my sleep so I've learned to take it early). 1 dose Testabolan in the AM and 1 dose PM. Erase Pro will start on Week #5 for daily dosing.

I do not plan to log any deload lifting sessions, so the first one will be done on Monday July 2. I will make note of any notable changes during deload week, such as acne, or libido, etc.

I will note that after 2 doses, there is a definite increase in libido. It doesn't take long!

Hey guys,

I'm new to the board but I want to add that I am about to start a stack of Tropinol and Intimidate. I recently finished up some Reversitol and Tropinol that I was taking and I feel like it gave me a great jump start. I had been out of the gym for 8 months and now I feel like I never left the place. My strength gains and my recovery have been great (still not where I was 8 months ago) but now I am anxious to start this new stack
and looking forward to reaching and blowing out my previous high's from 8 months ago. But I have a diet question. CriticalBench brought something to my attention that I was never aware of. Body types. I fall under the meso category. I gain weight and muscle fast. Currently I weigh 220lbs at 5'11 and I have a belly and legs that I really want to tone BUT my problem is that I want to gain size at the same time. Should I continue to balance my weight lifting with cardio? If so, how much cardio? And how much carbs/calories should I be taking in? Protein I know should be my body weight in grams. Sorry for the auto-biography :) I appreciate any feedback.

So today was supposed to be a 5/3/1 deload day on Overhead Press. But...just into my Intimidate/Testabolan I've been feeling like a total animal. Tapped the wife twice last night and again this morning...just feeling like a horny beast. That carried over into the gym where I felt like going for a PR on my Overhead Press:

OVERHEAD PRESS:

Three warmups: 60 x 5, 75 x 5, 95 x 5

SET 1: 115 x 5
SET 2: 130 x 3
SET 3: 145 x 6 PR

Last time I went after 145 I just barely got the 5th up and I was spent. Today I put up a 6th, which was a challenge, but I definitely had a 7th in the tank. I felt so strong.

INCLINE BENCH PRESS:

135#: 10/10/8

CHINS (wide overhand): 10/10/10

Left the workout at that, to somewhat honor "deload" week. Had to be done. Feels great!!!

PWO: Craze 1, Hemavol 1, Ergobolic

Today is deload day for Deadlifts, but I decided to take the new iForce wheels out for a spin and hit a PR instead. Not the smartest training idea, but that's what the body wanted to do:

DEADLIFTS:
SET 1: 170 X 5
SET 2: 210 X 5
SET 3: 250 X 4
SET 4: 315 X 5
SET 5: 355 X 3
SET 6: 405 X 5 (PR)

HANGING LEG RAISES: 5/5/5/5/8

The deads felt very strong. Last week when I did 405# my body felt really fried. Today I felt very good. Felt great all day from the post workout hormone spike that I get from doing deads. Very very slight twinge of pain below my right glute; am sure that will pass but will keep an eye on it.

I dont know much about the 5/3/1 workouts. But you are getting me more interested in them. I just recieved my 2nd Tropinol and 1st Intimidate and I want to make the best of this stack! (Also have some Creaplex) Any tips?

If you are interested in learning 5/3/1 I would recommend starting by reading Wendler's ebook on 5/3/1. If you have any specific questions after that, let me know!

Good luck with your Intimidate stack.

Wow. Another PR on Shoulder Press. Just a few months ago I could barely put up 4 at 135, today I hit 9. The ninth rep was kinda ugly, but I got it up with no assist from my legs. Very happy with today's workout.

The new version of Testabolan does not have l dopa.

I am really enjoying the stack and making gains. However, I've never taken Testabolan by itself, so I can't really say how that component is contributing individually.

WEIGHT: 209.6 Wow, I have not seen 209 in 6 months, and I was not nearly as strong last time I was at this weight.

PWO: 1.5 Craze, 1 Hemavol. 2 Ergobolic. Bumped up the Craze for kicks, but it made me feel like I wanted to puke after my workout. Back to 1.

FLAT BENCH PRESS

245 X 7 PR. This bumps up my 1RM from 300 to 302.17. I have to qualify this lift by noting that my butt came off the bench about an inch right at the tail end of the last rep. I would have kept it down if I had a spotter, but I got paranoid and lifted by butt. My fault for not taking enough back arch.

BARBELL INCLINE BENCH PRESS

My arms felt like they were going to blow up after the dips. Got a great workout today and felt very strong.

Intimidate/Testabolan: It seems to me like it's very easy to limit my calories on this stack. Assisted by Alpha T2 and DCP. I have very low craving for carbs, and it has been very easy to go for kale over french fries. My weight reflects this. I feel great.

^^ Yes, excellent energy levels. At first there was a slight drop in libido, but that has since recovered. I think my body has adapted to the new weight.

Pretty weak benching day. I bolted a high pullup bar in the rafters at my house, so have been doing a ton of chins/pulls/HLRs. This has made my back and arms sore...maybe sapped some strength on my bench. Hope to have a better go at it next time around. Also: no spotter.

I know the feeling, sometimes my bench will dip a bit from my previous session if I haven't recovered well enough or if I trained any auxiliary muscles around doing any type of bench press. Plus not having a spotter would definitely limit me from going that heavy if I wasn't feeling it that day. Still an awesome session though, keep crushing it bro

Another PR on ATG Squats. My 1rm on Squats is moving past my Flat Bench (finally!). I keep watching vids on form and am doing my best to improve by teaching myself. My leg workout felt very good.

The HLRs were weak because I am doing many sets of these at home in spare moments and my abs are a bit toasty.

Week 3 cycle 3 begins this weekend with OHP.

Also a feeling of drying out similar to when I took Erase Pro; elbow cracking, etc.

Strong stuff. Worth the $.

Photo update. Worked off some bodyfat. I am thinking 9%? Lost my calipers so I am not really sure. Gained vascularity and lost four pounds.

I had a similar effect one night at the end of my Intimidate/Testabolan cycle... I was a little drunk and my roommate did something that normally would have really pissed me off. He's known for being blatantly disrespectful when he's drunk, but this time he straight up crossed the line. I would have gotten in an argument either way, but I raged on a whole new level. I didn't feel violent, but I literally screamed my peace at the dude and capped if off with an epic guttural roar. It was a very primal feeling, and stuck around for a few days. My other roommate who's heard me yell at several different people said this was unlike anything he'd ever heard out of me. He said I sounded like a damn movie character or something... I was pretty embarassed talking to him the next day just because I don't like getting that mad, but he said it was kind of cool in a strange way. He said the "roar" was actually rather terrifying sounding, and reminded him of the hulk lol. The good thing though was that I was completely enraged, but never once did getting violent cross my mind...I just wanted to roar lol It's an intense combo for sure, and does not mix well with *******s or alcohol. This story is still slightly embarrassing, but at least I know now that I gotta monitor myself better.

Great progress from the pics my friend. I def see improved vascularity. Glad to see the stack giving you great results... hope to see you try some of our other products like Compete
