Serious gains were made with my first run of Intimidate + Erase Pro. My lifiting program was a basic Stonglifts 5x5.
MY GOAL: Get Stronger! Add weight to my Flat Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat, and Overhead Press via Wendler's 5/3/1 program. Maintain current bodyfat at 10%.
5/3/1 Notes:
Currently finishing my 2nd Cycle of 5/3/1. This week is my "Cycle 2: Week 4" which is a deload week. I figured that deload would be a good week to start my natty test booster run because then the sups will be in my system for a week before hitting the heavier weights of "Cycle 3: Week 1"
Here are some current lifiting highs that I will be shooting to break on this cycle:
SQUATS (ATG) 235 x 6 from June 24.
DEADLIFTS: 405 x 4 from June 20.
FLAT BENCH: 250 x 6 from June 16
OVERHEAD PRESS: 145 x 5 from June 19
Dosing schedule: 1 dose of Intimidate midday (Intimidate interferes with my sleep so I've learned to take it early). 1 dose Testabolan in the AM and 1 dose PM. Erase Pro will start on Week #5 for daily dosing.
I do not plan to log any deload lifting sessions, so the first one will be done on Monday July 2. I will make note of any notable changes during deload week, such as acne, or libido, etc.
I will note that after 2 doses, there is a definite increase in libido. It doesn't take long!
