  1. So far pretty good, knee stiffness here and there but nothing a good warmup can't take care of. Libido is definitely gone up, only thing is my body weight is not changing which is ok i guess, but seems like i am slightly more vascular when lifting or not. Overall i think they are working pretty well though.

    Wish i could make it to the gym more right now, people at work are taking vacation and i have to cover so kinda sucks for working out being its always 12 hr shifts.


  2. Hamstrings and triceps today

    Started with some straight leg dead lifts
    135 x 15
    225 x 12

    Regular dead lifts
    275 x 10

    Lunges with 55lb dumbells
    2 sets of 30 yards then dropped weight for both sets and continued 30 yards

    Seated leg curls

    100 x 8
    50 x 12

    Triceps
    Kickbacks
    35 x 15
    40 x 12
    40 x 10

    Tricep extensions with straight bar on cable
    40 x 14

    It was a pretty good workout today, didnt exactly get.to eat enough but i would say joints were pretty warmed.up and still some discomfort but i think the pump also contributed from being tight in the elbows.

    1 set of 50 x 50 reps

    Leg press
    6 plates each side for 1 set of 15
    7 plates each side for 1 set of 10
    8 plates each side for 1 set of 8
    8 plates and 35 each side for a set of 6
    5 plates x 15 shoulder width
    5 plates x 10 close
    5 plates x 10 wide
    4 plates x 10 low and close
    4 plates x 8 shoulder width
    4 plates x 6 wide

    4 sets of walking lunges for 30 yards with no weight

    Leg extensions again
    120 x 12
    100 x 10
    80 x 8
    60 x 10

    100 reps os slower calve raises

    This was a better leg workout that i have had in a while, i think by this week the supremacy and erase pro have kicked in to their fullest, since usually i don't feel like doing legs but today like i said it was a damn good workout for me. I feel fuller but my body weight has not changed from 190 yet.

  6. Any visible notice in leaning out? And how's the libido working for you? I've never done Erase Pro and Supremacy I used Erase with it and that was amazing.

  7. Seems like im leaning more cause im more vascular legs and upper body. Libido is good, i want to go heavier on sine things but cant yet cause if the shoulder but i think that is also getting better possibly from cissus helping maybe i hope.

  8. Today is had a chance to try out shoulders again with some light weight.

    i had to warm them up with some rotator cuff exercises first.

    dumbell presses with

    i also did front rainses and lateral raises with those.

    the shoulders today were feeling better so i am going to try and do them when i can, i was surprised that i was able to get 40lb dumbells up for reps without too much discomfort! So im getting progress back there.

  13. i had time today to do some back and loved it.

    Started with some pullups
    shoulder width pullups for 12 reps
    wide grip pullups for 10
    close grip pullups for 10

    bent over barbell rows underhand

    dumbell rows

    straight arm pull downs

    then i did a few sets of shrugs sitting on a bench with 100lb dumbells nice and slow for 10 reps x 3 set

    Seems like for sure now Supremacy and Erase Pro are kicked in. Body weight is up now at 195, and strength if feeling more normal, also felt more fuller today and pumped which was nice. Knees are still a little sore here and there which is fine with me as long as the supps are working. Also seemed like i was a little more vascular and defined than the past weeks.

  29. I am done with this cycle and i would say i would do it again as PCT. After a few days on this stack i could definitely tell libido was up, id say in a week and a half to 2 weeks joints started to stiffen up a bit which was due to the erase pro. I also could tell that i leaned out and was more vascular that before this stack of Supremacy and Erase Pro. Strength was going back up closer to normal and my body weight didnt move much but i did have a body pump somehow and muscles felt fuller before lifting any body part! Thank you Neogenix and PES for the opportunity to try these products out together.
