Hello guys, So this is my first time ever doing a review. Also my first time taking supplements such as& , So bare with me! Heard that this is a great natty stack. For this log ill enter my supplements, workout routine (just started 5x5). Diet ( using myfitnesspal so ill have a good description of cals/carbs/pro/fats ). Let me start off by saying im 19. Been in the gym for around 8 months now but i've always been active and in sports. Weight is around 170. Height is 5'10. Body fat is around 14% give or take i'd say. Ill be hitting the gym 5-6 days a week.
It'll look like:
Fri-Shoulders/abs (Not sure about this one yet, about 3 weeks ago i took 3 scoops of jack3d, ended up working out
with my buddies for a good 4 hours, woke up the next morning with an pain in my shoulder :/)
^ But that routine is not 100% certain as of right now. Will probably change within the upcomming days.
My supplement list is:
Daily Multi vitamin
6 fish oils cap daily
White flood PWO (skip every other day)
2 cinnamon caps daily
4 Anabeta caps daily (1 breakfast, 2 pre wo, 1 post wo.)
1 Erase (Same time daily at breakfast)
Now for me, i feel like this cycle may be a bit different for me. Im a type 1 diabetic. Have been since i was 15. I've read alot of reviews on anabeta and a hypoglycemia feel. Also a low blood sugar feeling. If this is the case and my blood sugar does seem to run more low than normal, I will most likely have to end this cycle.
Ill use this list as well, daily, to see how everything goes. Rating 1-10. ( Picked up from another log )
