First Anabeta+Erase Review! Detailed log!

    First Anabeta+Erase Review! Detailed log!


    Hello guys, So this is my first time ever doing a review. Also my first time taking supplements such as Anabeta & Erase, So bare with me! Heard that this is a great natty stack. For this log ill enter my supplements, workout routine (just started 5x5). Diet ( using myfitnesspal so ill have a good description of cals/carbs/pro/fats ). Let me start off by saying im 19. Been in the gym for around 8 months now but i've always been active and in sports. Weight is around 170. Height is 5'10. Body fat is around 14% give or take i'd say. Ill be hitting the gym 5-6 days a week.

    It'll look like:
    Mon-Legs/abs
    tues-Chest
    Wed-Back
    Thurs-Rest
    Fri-Shoulders/abs (Not sure about this one yet, about 3 weeks ago i took 3 scoops of jack3d, ended up working out
    with my buddies for a good 4 hours, woke up the next morning with an intense pain in my shoulder :/)
    Sat-Arms
    Sun-Rest
    ^ But that routine is not 100% certain as of right now. Will probably change within the upcomming days.


    My supplement list is:
    Daily Multi vitamin
    Whey protein
    6 fish oils cap daily
    White flood PWO (skip every other day)
    2 cinnamon caps daily
    4 Anabeta caps daily (1 breakfast, 2 pre wo, 1 post wo.)
    1 Erase (Same time daily at breakfast)

    Now for me, i feel like this cycle may be a bit different for me. Im a type 1 diabetic. Have been since i was 15. I've read alot of reviews on anabeta and a hypoglycemia feel. Also a low blood sugar feeling. If this is the case and my blood sugar does seem to run more low than normal, I will most likely have to end this cycle.

    Ill use this list as well, daily, to see how everything goes. Rating 1-10. ( Picked up from another log )

    Received my Anabeta and Erase in the mail this morning. Took my multi+fishie+ana+erase with my morning protein shake. Since today is thursday i wont be going to the gym, as for today is a rest day. Will tune in tomorrow with my 1-10 ratings, diet, and how my workout went!

    So its the end of my first day on Anabeta and Erase. Dosed it evenly throughout the day today.
    Thursday is a rest day, so no gym. I finished today with a 35% Carb (226g), 25% Fat (71g), and 40% Protein (251g) and reached 2856 Cals. I dont know if its all in my head.. but i felt hungry all day today. I've read where this stack increases hunger and thirst.. but good lord haha i didnt know if it would work this quick! As for my diabetes, all was well. The 4 anabeta caps and 1 erase did no damage to my blood sugar! Good first day! Cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow and tear up my arms and abs!

    1-10 (5 being normal for me)

    Day 2.
    Its the end of my second day, and today was the first day of working out on this stack. Tri's/Bi's day, I can already tell a difference with the pump. It was around my 10th set when i flexed my arm and i literally thought my skin was going to tear! It was almost painful! :-) Dosed anabeta once in the morning with erase, 2 pre workout, and 1 post. Took 1 scoop of white flood pre w.o as well. Twas a good day!

    Ima sub this one too, I just started Anabeta/Erase as well. Day 7 today infact and already I'm loooking leaner, muscles are hardening and veins OMG veins!! Vascularity is awesome can't wait to see what I look like at week 8.

    You should add "Hunger" in the ratings. I had heard that some people get hungry on Anabeta. Day 7 and I can say that my overall hunger has not gone up, like I am not hungry all the time. But when it gets close to the time I should eat, my body tells me for sure! I can tell a difference there, but I am not eating more. It is more like a hungry baby crying, LoL. Once my body gets the food I'm good.

    I haven't been getting my increased hunger as much... but then again- my body has just adjusted to my new work schedule where i sometimes dont get to eat for 3-3.5 hours.. sooo that is proabably a large factor in it

    Haha yess, hunger was crazy for me. Especially carbs but it allowed me to make more smart and responsible decisions. Definitely in for this. Thinking about giving it another go. Good luck!

    Done, good thinking! I noticed hunger within the first few hours to be honest! I eat every 2-3 hours and i've never got this empty stomach feel until i started the stack. Its nothing bad, i prefer it. Reminds me to eat

    Day 3
    Today was leg and abs day, felt good for the most part. Dosed 2 anabeta in the moring with multi, fishie, cinnamon, and 1 erase. Then another after my workout. Then one around 5pm. No white flood today. Hunger is still there. At the gym I had a good pump. But nothing like yesterdays bicep "skin tearing pump". Now that was insane and never felt anything like it. Now its only my first few days into 5x5, so im still trying to find the right weight for my lifts. And might I say.. its quite exhausting. At the end of the day when i was looking in the mirror, my triceps felt harder, and more tense. My shoulders were sore from the standing calf raises. So we'll see how they feel tomorrow and see how that recovery time is.
