    Yep, that's what I noticed. I usually eat what I want anyway (within reason) but with Glycobol I seemed to be able to eat more without packing on any 'undesirable' weight. I gained some quality lean mass. Glycobol is some good stuff.

    three a day right now, one morning before the big breakfast with lotta carbs

    and two post workout with loota carbs. they are two times of the day when you want to take in the most carbs
