Will take this and log it. I follow a high-protein diet, but only average on calories. carbs are not out. Not a sponsor.
Starting weight: 174 lbs.

DAY 1
Pro Max Phase 2 arrived yesterday, so I managed to try it in an uncoventional way.
morning body weght (BW): 173,8 lbs

PMP2 1st pill: 30min before lunch

PMP2 2nd pill: 30min before pre-wo protein meal

PMP2 3rd pill: 30min before post-wo protein shake (took pill during training)

end-day feeling: believe me or not, I feel muscles a bit harder (pec especially). Am I supposed to have a better training as well?

if you have better ideas on how to dose the supps together and change timing tell me.

PFPM2 1st pill: 30min before breakfast

PFPM2 2nd pill: 30-45min before lunch.

PFPM2 3rd pill: 30min before dinner, although dinner was long, managed to eat the first high dose of protein right away.

pecs and arms feel hard. I wonder if it's all in my mind or not.

increase huh? It's most certainly my fault, I had an additional (unforeseen actually) carb dose in the evening and I should not have.

PFPM2 1st pill: 30min before breakfast

PFPM2 2nd pill: 30min before lunch

PFPM2 3rd pill: 10min before measly dinner. BAD BOY! but actually it was not my fault.

producers describe this product as a recomp rather than only a fat burner. hope it works,

the muscle hardness this supp gives is incredible. I feel completely soft without it. LOL

UPDATE: IGF-2 arrived today. starting tomorrow.

PFPM2 1st pill: 30min before breakfast.

PFPM2 2nd pill: 1 hour before lunch (accidental, but accordingly to producers it's not a too bad thing, may have increased absortipon)

PFPM2 3rd pill: 30min before post-workout meal

I have noticed that my, err, dumps, feel different. in a way somewhat similar to anabolic pump. I wonder if that is foreseen.

ooook, so today we start IGF as well!
morning BW: it should be 173,8 lbs, we'll see tomorrow.

IGF-2 4pills + PFPM2 1pill: 45min before breakfast

PFPM2: around 30mins before lunch

PFPM2: around 30min before dinner

IGF-2 4pills: 45mins before pre-bed protein.

hardness is still there, as soon as I contract muscles. I can't really say what to expect

yesterday was the last dose of creatine, so I can imagine in the coming days I'll shed a lot of water.
the effect on dumps is definitely noticeable: sometimes I have to run to the bathroom. I hope that is because the stuff is working.

IGF-2 3 pills + 1 PFPM2 45min before breakfast

IGF-2 3 pills: around 42mins before wo
PFPM2 1 pill: around 30-40 mins (during workout) before post-workout protein shake. bad idea, I think.

PFPM2 1 pill: 30min before dinner
IGF-2 2 pills: 45mins after post-dinner protein

1st week Biotivia Impressions: it's too soon for a real review, obviously, but so far I think that muscle density has been delivered as promised. I hope the other promises will be fulfilled as well.

far too soon to review IGF I guess.

sides: only one, and it's dumps. they are I think more liquid than normal, and somewhat feel more urgent.

PFPM2 1 + IGF-2 4 pills: 45min before breakfast

PFMP2 1: 35min before a HEARTY lunch

PFPM2 1: 35min before a lightweight dinner

IGF-2 4:before bed

I am pretty sure the dumps come either from this or the cayenna pepper I eat with almost, everything.
Still, I am amazed that after yesterday's lunch I still bw round the same. it could be the creatine water going away, but who knows?

PFPM2 1 + IGF-2 4: 45min before breakfast

PFPM2 1: around 30min before lunch

PFPM2 1: 30min before 20g of protein, and the dinner afterwards

IGF-2 4: 45mins after yogurt and protein

I guess creatine has dried out at last, it's been 4 days!

PFPM2 1 + IGF-2 4: 45min before breakfast

PFPM2 1: 30min before lunch

IGF-2 3: more than 40mins before training, dammit. caused a sensation similar to reflux this time. perhaps not enough water?

PFPM2 1: 30min before dinner

IGF-2 2: 45min after last meal (whey)

I'd say the culprit of the dumps was cayenna, but I can't be completely sure yet.

The dumps that you are getting are from the forskolin content in the pro max. Should get better in 1-2 weeks
