Will take this and log it. I follow a high-protein diet, but only average on calories. carbs are not out. Not a sponsor.
Starting weight: 174 lbs.
DAY 1
Pro Max Phase 2 arrived yesterday, so I managed to try it in an uncoventional way.
morning body weght (BW): 173,8 lbs
PMP2 1st pill: 30min before lunch
PMP2 2nd pill: 30min before pre-wo protein meal
PMP2 3rd pill: 30min before post-wo protein shake (took pill during training)
end-day feeling: believe me or not, I feel muscles a bit harder (pec especially). Am I supposed to have a better training as well?
if you have better ideas on how to dose the supps together and change timing tell me.
