I wrapped up the elbows and forearms and I can tell its all in my forearm and bi.

Just jumped right into shoulder presses on the icarian machine.

4 sets of 8 at 150,170,190,200
Felt good no pain in shoulder all in the BI for the most part.
5 sets 8 with 90
shrugs superset with incline straightbar front raises sets of 8
More shrugs on the (shrug icarian)
4 sets 12 180
Forearms wrist curls try to stretch out my forearms
4 sets 12 with 80 straight bar.
