  1. I didnt go super heavy on my leg press last night but my reps were so solid it was crazy.
    I could have let that sled sit on my chest when down for 10 sec each rep before I pushed it back up like NOTHING

    Leg workout done. Still waiting on the other part ;-) but if my libido is any indication my fiance is not going to survive muahahahaahaaaa.

    First time squatting/deadlifting in over two years. Felt effin great. Humbled myself and started with really low weight. 135x10 for 3 sets of squats. First set felt awkward and my legs were like wtf is this??? Next two felt great! DLd 225x8 fairly easy. Next time weight is going up up up! Weighed in at 237.

    Just had an off day I stayed light and did a few diff. rows and a few sets of lat pulls nothing heavy

  13. It's hard on those days. If I'm physically encabable then I'll pass but if I can move without complaint, I'll shrug on. Lot of times mental problems we face are the worse. This whole week with my uncle on life support, I had some rough days trying to force myself to lift. Hope everything gets better I'll be praying and kick that chest day bro!

  15. Chest Yesterday Off today so is my diet Im gonna pig out today

    Incline Db presses
    few warmup sets up to 70
    4 sets of 8
    70,80,90,100

    Shoulder feels a little tweaked but I think its my bi pulling on my shouler

    Did more flies then anything after the presses and tried a little tris but shoulder was killing me(allthough I can tell its not directly the shoulder)

    10 min abs and some stretching

    Wore my band all day yesterday and im feeling better. I think it all just pulling my shoulder outta wack.
    Gonna try shoulders today with my heavier elbow wraps with the straps on them and see how it goes.

  18. Hope the elbow does better, are you using SuperCissus at all? I find that helps my elbows a lot, I've havn't had much issues with my elbows, but a couple odd workouts where there so inflammed I had to quit. Not fun thats for sure, I avoid skullcrushers now because of it lol

    Yes Sir I have to take my Super Cissus always. I think its just been from overuse at work to be honest. Its been a while since it has acted up. But man when it does look out.

  20. If you start to feel it flare up, go easy trust me! My shoulder is getting well, but still can feel the pain from the surgery I had done in Jan. They took an inch of bone off and sob hurted like hell. Just be safe with it.

  22. Last night shoulders was pretty good.
    I wrapped up the elbows and forearms and I can tell its all in my forearm and bi.

    Stretching & 10 min waking warmup

    Just jumped right into shoulder presses on the icarian machine.
    2 warmup sets at 110
    4 sets of 8 at 150,170,190,200

    Felt good no pain in shoulder all in the BI for the most part.

    Upright row
    5 sets 8 with 90

    shrugs superset with incline straightbar front raises sets of 8

    60,40
    70,50
    80,50
    90,50

    More shrugs on the (shrug icarian)
    4 sets 12 180

    Forearms wrist curls try to stretch out my forearms
    4 sets 12 with 80 straight bar.

    So bi/shoulder is a tad sore im getting mad now.

    Anyway stretching /10 min on the treadmill walking warmup.
    While I was walking some guy puked all over the legpress lol
    And some beanpole stole the squatpress and proceded to load it up stand next to it and not use it for the whole 10 min warmup.
    Warmup done. Hey man you got a lot left? YEAH !!!!!!!!!!! wow chill out!! Maybe you should learn how to use it correctly!! (sorry people like that make me mad!!!)

    Went over to do some db still legged hammies.
    45x10 2 sets warmup
    55,65,75,75 sets of 8 (guy is still on the squatpress lol) had to go tell him thats enough!!
    While doing these my ATHLETIX stack kicked in. I felt so solid and my veins were going crazy WHOOOO!!

    Now that I have taken all his weight off lol
    warmup 3 plates each side 2 sets 8
    4 plates for 10
    5 plates for 10
    6 plates for 8
    7 plates for 8
    wanted to go 8 but there is a one puke per hour in the leg area!

    Calves with the 7 on each side for 6 sets of 6

    Seated leg curls 4 sets 10 with 50

    Extensions just played with it till i was fried !!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Foot slipped off the brake 3 times on the way home JELLO

  28. Last night was Arms

    Didnt go too heavy mostly ried to see if I can figure out this arm/shoulder thing. I did up my Cissus JD

    Did alot of slow controlled movements with a squeeze up top for bis. (Didnt notice to much pain or problem)
    Curl bar preacher
    45x10 2 sets warmup
    55,65,75,85,85 sets od 8 felt good.

    Turned it around on the preacher for single arms for a full stretch.
    30x10 3 sets
    35x8 2 sets

    Reverse straight bar pushdowns.
    4 sets 10 at 50lbs (noticed a little pain in the shoulder)

    V bar pushdowns
    4 sets 8 at 90 ( felt the shoulder but movement was ok)

    Rope cable curls superset with single arm kickbacks

    4 sets 50,30 till failure

    All in all good workout held back, felt really really strong but didnt want to push it.
    Woke up shoulder a tad sore but feeling better than I thought

    So I woke up yesterday and my arm/shoulder was almost totally fine.
    All day it was good so i didnt want to push it too hard .

    Machine rows warmup
    6x10 at 150
    changed my handgrip each set to make sure nothing was pulling/tweaking

    Seated row close grip
    warmup 2 sets 140 x12
    175x10
    190x10
    200x8
    200x6

    Close grip pulldowns
    140x10 5 sets

    reverse grip pulldowns (shoulderwidth)
    4 sets 140
    Didnt want to go too wide and leave my shoulder a chance to tweak on me.

    Seated machine low row
    4 sets 8 and 140 pretty light for a nice pump

    All in all I SO HELD BACK yesterday. I feel so strong so tight and im getting a pump right away
    Weight is not changing which is fine I must be loosing BF%
    I think im not SEEING the loss much because most of my fat is in my a$$ and back(last place to loose it)

    Going to try and attack chest today
