Alright so to start things off, the reason I am running this log again is because I was very unhappy with my first log and didn't feel it was fair to Purus or Grambo. In my first log I was under the impression that the D-pol was merely a preworkout nitrate product that had DAA in it and not a stand-alone DAA product. With that thinking, I was dosing my regular DAA on non-lifting days at the start of the log. Grambo straightened me out and I started dosing the D-Pol every day. Another glitch was that half-ways into the log I have my right arm develope acute tendinitis and started taking prednizone to help it. While on the prescription med, I stopped all supps (except for the staples-fish oil,multi etc...) which was the MM & D-Pol. Lifting with right arm was also benched. So my log was pretty much in the crapper at that point. Not cool! I ordered another tub of MM & D-Pol to be able to run a full log. Of course, I still have about 12-14 days left from the last log so I'll be tacking that on to this one to give an extended run review. Grambo says the D-Pol has a build up effect so we'll see what happens with a 6 week run of it instead of 4weeks. Will officially start this tomorrow. Round 2!!

Thank you! I still have to limit the motions I do with my wrist but for the most part I'm good. No wrist curls or using the bent bar or rope for push downs. Tried the bent bar Friday and only got 2 sets of 5 in before I called it quits. Still better than before!!

I've been dosing Revamp since the last log and so only did 3/4 scoop of the MM last night. Hit me pretty good but not over the top like when I tried to go more than 1 scoop. Lifting went pretty good and really burned my chest up good. Had a decent pump going on in muscles that I wasn't working and than was nice. Dosed the D-Pol one hour prior to lifting with 1c. of oatmeal and 1 scoop of protein. The MM I dosed 10 minutes prior with 14oz. of water. The first log I played around with the amount of water to add and came up with 14oz. being the best for me as far as taste goes. It mixes fairly decent but not the best. Not a big deal because I mix it in my shaker and just shake it up a little before I take a drink. If I let it sit for a little bit before drinking it( say 10-15 minutes) then shake it again, it mixes completely for me. Will post up routine after work.

Chest only tonight

I set up my bench for incline, another for flat and giant set five lifts together. The only break I took between these sets was to switch the DB's I was using, change benches or grab a quick sip of water from my bottle that was right there.

After that, I was toasted! My flat bench numbers really suffered from doing the DB work first but this should throw a little confusion into my muscles. I normally do my bench first but tonight the other guys decided to go for a walk and I just wanted to lift--so I did! By time they got back to lift, I was pretty much done with everything and jumped right in to bench with them. Worked out alright.

I focused on only doing arms today. I am mixing up my routine again since I now have access to two places to lift. I will be trying to focus on one group each day and lifting more than just 3 days / week. This way, I plan to be able to hit the muscle groups harder and also give them more attention. I am also super-setting or giant-setting the lifts to give me less down time and more burn time!

Had a really good pump almost all the way through this routine. Really enjoyed that! It wasn't the best pump ever but it was nice. I am noticing that the pumps seem to last longer than before so I am thinking that the cold weather was messing it up the first log. ???? We shall see how it goes. Straight bar pushdowns didn't hurt my tendinitis so those will be taking the place of the rope or the bent bar.

The pumps get better and longer the longer you take the product. Seems to be the way the nitrates work along with DAA.

I wasn't going to do the good mornings but decided to test the waters with my back so I stayed light. Didn't seem to bother my back but still a little leery of re-injuring it. This is the reason I didn't do a 5th set on the BB rows, the 185lbs was almost too much and I could tell that I better stop. Had a good amount of energy going from the MM and a good pump from the D-Pol. The MM has amino acids in it so my muscle aren't very sore the next day. This is a nice add to the pre but I think I like being able to sip my aminos throughout my workout better. I will try this with MM and see how the energy/endurance is. Like I said, the D-pol was kicking in good. My shoulders were still pretty swole 3 hours after lifting. NICE! Had to go old school on my music selection and had Petra and various other older christian rock playing. Went pretty good and got done in a little over an hour. My pace wasn't as fast as the previous nights so it took longer.

Almost from the second set on the leg press, my quads were pumped really good throughout the rest of the session! There were a few times when I went to get up and had a hard time starting walking! LOL! There was a guy at the gym on the seat leg curl machine and I thought he was going to just take a nap on it! Hahaha! Found another guy at the gym that I don't want to be there when I am!

No, I think it is most likely from the D-pol because 1. I almost always start with higher reps on the first couple sets and usually don't get a pump that soon and 2. It was on leg day--I don't notice the pump that well in my legs too much. I am not getting pumps during the day but it is still early and it has been rainy and cooler all week long so I've been colder this week. I know we need the rain and I am happy for it but after 4 days without the sunshine, I'm ready for blue skies!

Chest workout again today. It was not as thorough as last week's routine but still got a good lifting in. Felt good all the way through. Strength has been good as well as energy. Have been getting some zits on my back more than normal and even had one on my face. Not a nasty one, just a little one that went away fairly quick. Libido is up a little -- waking up with the morning timber more. That's right, I said TIMBER not just wood! LOL! Anyways, on to the routine.

Man I want to build a deck really bad on my house haha
The deck (if you want to call it that) on the front of my house is only 4' wide the length of the house but the dumba$$ that built it used plywood for decking! I'll hand it to them that they used treated plywood but it's plywood just the same. Can't wait till that comes up on the top of the list of things to take care of! Problem is that I've built some pretty awesome decks for people and I have high hopes of what I want mine to be like but the price of doing it just seems to get in the way! ---Like most things!

Arms today and also some chest for the fun of it. Once I got done and went in to the house where my wife was waiting on me to go home, she looked at me with big eyes. I asked what that look was all about and she said, "You're really pumped in your arms and chest! WOW!" Hehehe! I like it! Didn't do much volume on the lifts but held the weight at the top of each lift with a hard flex for 4-5 seconds each rep. Not on the bench though.

Well I will say that I am glad to be back on 10 hr days but the time that it lets me get to the gym sucks!!! Aggression was definitely up today- all day. It got worse when I got to the gym. Very crowded and difficult to get anything done. Got my leg press, weighted lunges and seated leg curls in before I had enough and had to get out. Came home and took my daughter on a 2 mile walk in her stroller. It was good father/daughter time! She got to see the cows, the horses and some wild turkeys.

Anyways, on to the lifting. Got another PR on the leg press and on the lunges!

Was very happy to get the new PRs! Even though it was an abbreviated session, once again the pump was great! Dosed D-pol 30 min prior to lifting on an empty stomach. Seems to work a lot better this way than with meal 90 min prior.

Today was a whatever day that is what I did! Felt like hitting the chest a little so did the routine my buddy was doing but wasn't able to get the high reps that he was. Of course, he is 60 lbs heavier than me.

Started out with throwing the medicine ball around as fast as we could between four of us. This lasted for 7 minutes.

Pretty much all day today, I have had the pressure in my head going on. Any straining or increased exertion makes it worse. There aren't any other supplements that I am taking other than the fish oil and protein. On my way to go get my pressure checked. Will post up results later.

MM is strong man.... Maybe try half a scoop, with a small snack like a banana or sipping it through your work out!

No, I've got a lot of experience with sinus crud and this feels different. It's not high blood though. That was 124 over 72 with a pulse of 62. A little higher than normal but I did just get off work and drove through town during "rush hour". Not a big town by any means but still a lot of idiots! Lol! Not sure about what's up though. A couple days ( non lifting) I felt like my heart was beating a hundred miles a minute but when I checked my pulse it was normal. Weird! It was when I was just relaxing too!





@Aaron- I'm just doing a 3/4 scoop and drinking it throughout. Maybe it's a build up effect from using it several days in a row that's getting to me? Will try just using the MM e.o. workout and see how that goes.
