  2. Day 12; March 26, 2012

    Arms today and also some chest for the fun of it. Once I got done and went in to the house where my wife was waiting on me to go home, she looked at me with big eyes. I asked what that look was all about and she said, "You're really pumped in your arms and chest! WOW!" Hehehe! I like it! Didn't do much volume on the lifts but held the weight at the top of each lift with a hard flex for 4-5 seconds each rep. Not on the bench though.

  3. Been walking around today with a residual pump from last night. I like it but the guys at work might get a little intimidated by it! I have to do a little boobie-dance show for em every once and a while! The ground's gotta shake a little when the guns are fired! Hahahahaha!

  4. Well I will say that I am glad to be back on 10 hr days but the time that it lets me get to the gym sucks!!! Aggression was definitely up today- all day. It got worse when I got to the gym. Very crowded and difficult to get anything done. Got my leg press, weighted lunges and seated leg curls in before I had enough and had to get out. Came home and took my daughter on a 2 mile walk in her stroller. It was good father/daughter time! She got to see the cows, the horses and some wild turkeys.

    Anyways, on to the lifting. Got another PR on the leg press and on the lunges!

    Was very happy to get the new PRs! Even though it was an abbreviated session, once again the pump was great! Dosed D-pol 30 min prior to lifting on an empty stomach. Seems to work a lot better this way than with meal 90 min prior.

    Today was a whatever day that is what I did! Felt like hitting the chest a little so did the routine my buddy was doing but wasn't able to get the high reps that he was. Of course, he is 60 lbs heavier than me.

    Started out with throwing the medicine ball around as fast as we could between four of us. This lasted for 7 minutes.

  14. Pretty much all day today, I have had the pressure in my head going on. Any straining or increased exertion makes it worse. There aren't any other supplements that I am taking other than the fish oil and protein. On my way to go get my pressure checked. Will post up results later.

    MM is strong man.... Maybe try half a scoop, with a small snack like a banana or sipping it through your work out!

A little higher than normal but I did just get off work and drove through town during "rush hour". Not a big town by any means but still a lot of idiots! Lol! Not sure about what's up though. A couple days ( non lifting) I felt like my heart was beating a hundred miles a minute but when I checked my pulse it was normal. Weird! It was when I was just relaxing too!





    @Aaron- I'm just doing a 3/4 scoop and drinking it throughout. Maybe it's a build up effect from using it several days in a row that's getting to me? Will try just using the MM e.o. workout and see how that goes.

    Yeah take a break.... Give it like 3-4 days off or half scoop....

  19. Feel lots better today. Took a break from both the D-Pol & MM so not sure if one or both combined was the culprit or even if they had anything to do with it. I'll start dosing again this evening. Stay tuned.

    U been on d-pol for about 6 weeks so far right?

    Outside of the pumps from d-pol have you noticed anything else?

    There was a spike in libido for a little while (I thought I had made mention of that?) but that has subsided to a little below normal for me. Had a little acne flair up where I was getting some nastys on my back -usually just one at a time. I attribute both of those to the DAA in the D-Pol. Strength has been good but I don't think I can really attribute my PRs to it though. My lifting equipment had been minimal towards legs before joining this new gym so being able to hit legs harder from different ways has helped immensely.

    Back/ shoulders

    Dosed the MM at only half a scoop in 12 oz. of water 30 minutes prior to lifting and the D-pol 45 minutes prior with about 4 oz. of venison. Energy was just as good with the half scoop as with a 3/4 or even full scoop. Still had a slight bit of pressure at the base of my skull shortly after dosing the MM but not near the extent it was before!!! It might be that I am becoming more sensitive to beta alanine? Not getting the tingling just pressure. I don't know. Might be the stimulant complex in MM too that I am getting sensitive to? Oh, forgot to mention that I have been on the second tub and bottle for about 8-10 days now. Got the Cherry Limeade flavor this time. The Fresh Fruit was alright but not something I would buy flavor wise. The Cherry Limeade is better! Any hoo, on to the lifts.

  27. Funny thing is that the energy is the same for me with half a dose as with a full dose. No more, no less. Odd. It's not the "Raaaaawwww!!!!!" energy like I get from some other pre's but it's just there. I do get a little bit of a crash from it but not much.

    Yeah... So how's the acne did that diminish?
    Libido calmed down?
    Still pumped & vascular or not?
    Aggression and appetite still heightened?
    Still on a half of scoop of MM?
    You don't think the d-pol has helped u achieve your PRs?
    Overall for as long as you have been using d-pol what would u say are the pros/cons of it so far?

    Libido --ehhhh. Still a little below normal.
    vacularity/pump-- still nice!
    Aggression -- still up
    Appetite - normal
    Still 1/2 scoop.

    Of course the D-Pol has helped. Not sure of extent but definitely helped.

  30. Pros- pretty good pumps, daa- increaded test. & all the benefits that go with it

    Cons- don't care for the build up time. I would like to see it kick in faster. Maybe I'm just spoiled on the pre's that deliver a great pump on the very first dose. For the way it has worked for me, I would probably not buy it again. I think it is a good product but it's just not doing it for me. I wish it did though!!
