First off thanks to Natty, PES and Upslabs for this great opportunity. Ok first off a little back ground

Ok now the story I have been working out off and on since high school (the last time that I was really serious football) kinda a whole stop and go thing life always seemed to get in the way. Well now we come to 2011 and guess you could call this my midlife crisis. Instead of a car or a motorcycle I decided to get serious about weight lifting and my overall health. Especially since my wife lost a 140 lbs. since the birth of our second son. I have been Smoke free for about a year now. This past December I got a wild hair up my a$$ and decide to compete in power lifting in the Show me State games. Actually AM has been a great help in my journey since joining last August. I feel I'm the better prepared in the gym that I have ever been.

Background of the workout
I just move deads from my leg day to back day at the suggestion of a friend who is way more advanced in lifting then I am. It made a difference as seen by my PR before it has been 315x3.
Now I did get one hella pump in my biceps kick in as I started the pull downs. Not sure if I can chalk that up to the stack or the change in routine. I also had a noticeable pump in my traps in the locker room when I changed my shirt.

The weights seemed to move pretty easily. My appetite seems to be increasing. I keep a bag of almonds in my locker at work to munch on I have been hitting it more often over the past couple days. That will probably do it for now. Any suggestion questions are always welcome. Probably won't post anything on fri ( non-workout day) unless something pops up.

Not too bad of a workout kinda was up in the air since I moved deads to my back day so this workout maybe tweaked a little. I'm open to suggestions as always.
Ok I do have to say the farmer walk seemed easier this workout. I think I could have gone more on the squats but with change in the workout I didn't want burn out at the beginning.
Weight was up to 179 but that was because I ate at HuHot Friday night great food but the sauces have a ton of salt :-(.
I have notice some new veins making an appearance.

Ok workout was bad thing is my mind got in my way on the flat bench once I had a spotter 165 went up easy :-/. Muscles have felt full all day. After my workout my shoulders was showing quite a bit striation. I tend to carry my weight low so the skin on my shoulders has always been pretty "thin" but the striations haven't been as prominent as they were tonight. Well that seems to be it for now. Any question/suggestion just let me know.

So far I am noticing a difference in vascularity my arms it doesn't take much but last night I noticed some vein making an appearance in my legs. As for a sense of overall well being I'm one hell of a laid back guy so I haven't noticed any change there. Overall my muscles are feeling fuller

I always enjoyed Prime at a higher dose but when USP Labs came out with Pink Magic and I was able to stack the two, it was sweet! That being said, I'm sure that this combo is also a pretty sweet stack. How about the libido? Is your wife about to kill you yet? LOL!

Ok not sure if is the stack or just moving deads to back day but 315 seems to be moving easier along with my work up weights. Still having the full muscle feeling and loving it ;-). Appetite is still up. Sleep is great waking up pretty well rested. I did start using chalk on my deads which really helped with my 225. I usually Could only get about 7 before the bar started to slip tonight I hit 10. ;-)
EDIT: ok the wife says I look "thicker". I have notice it myself. I have pictures posted in an album on my profile

I am not having cravings or hunger. My issue right now is not feeling satisfied or full. I think I have a full blown black hole in my gut. This week I've been able to just pack food away like I was 16 again... But this time I'm paying the grocery bill.

Ok first off had to cut out early :-/ so abs and calfs will be added to Saturdays workout. The weights or reps on my exercises have increased since last week. I'm definitely starting to like the muscle fullness feeling. Libido is up ;-). Appetite is still up. Think I might have to up my cals with a shake or something just so I'm not getting to far off my cleaner than most plan. I really seem to be craving carbs. I think that is weird because I'm not restricting them at all.

Ok the switching deads to my back day was an excellent idea. I'm now able to really pour more into my squats. ;-) On the anabeta/prime front appetite still up. Libido has increased. Strength seems to be increasing.

Ok I love the fact that I can say the flat bench was PR time for me. I had a guy ask to work in. Since my normal partner failed to show he spotted for me. That coupled with the fact he was working out with 230-250 range of weights. With that said as you can see the rest of the workout suffered. Kinda bittersweet. Just means I'll have to hit it harder next time. I really like the full feeling you get off this stack. Vascularity still going full force. I can say I'm definitely getting an alpha feeling. I have no idea what feeling "on" is like but if is like this but more I might have just started a new "itch" to scratch. Lol ;-). As always any tips, hints, or suggestions are welcome.
Btw weight was at 177 saturday morning.

Very nice workout here. Decided to change up some set/reps. definitely gaining strength in my tris and bis. On the stack front still feeling the fullness. Libido is still going strong. ( the wife has threatened to lock me out lol ) hunger is still up. Will have to take some measurement this weekend to see if there might be a bf change. Weight has hovered around 177 which is up 2 pounds from the beginning of this trek.

good workout legs are still weak this afternoon. Strength seems to be consistently improving. Had to increase the weight on my walks seems my forearms are pretty adaptable to increased loads. I'm hoping this will carryover into my dead lift as under advice of Rodja I'm dropping strap use in them. Anabeta/prime stack has started to shine weights are seeming lighter and I'm starting to notice body differences. Even the wife said the other night that my arms are filling out. On the stack front things still going strong. Libido is going strong. I know the stack is working. Acne has popped back up on my upper arms like it had back in my teens and twenties. I hadn't noticed but my aggression is up :-/ good and bad thing. My wife pointed it out over the weekend that I seemed to be getting easily aggravated. Anyhoo first time trying Tate presses I'm loving them :).
