    Hello. I will be logging Erase pro and my goal is to get as big and as dry off this next 30 days.

    I will be shooting for 5000 calories.
    Supps I am using already.
    Vitamin strip
    Omega Guard
    Vivix
    Pre workout
    Gear need2slin
    Protein
    And now erase pro .

    I may eat meat time to time as my workout partners mom makes meat and I have to be polite. I will write my 6 week program tomorrow.

  3. 5k cals is quite a lot.. I hope you are 225 pounds of muscle plus. Otherwise, that is a bit extreme and you need to consolidate imo and find better, muscle building food options.

    Smith squat 250/270/280 6
    Leg press 500/600 6
    Leg extension 180/190 6
    Leg curl 100/110 6
    Stiff dead lift on platform 95/95 6

  23. So today I did my back day along with my contest. I did 150+70 for 6 then 150+80 pull ups for 3 cable rope rows 120 upright 6 reps 3 sets
    Hyper extensions 3 sets 15-20-20 6 reps dumbbell rows 45x6 2 sets.

  25. Killed it today and yesterday with yesterday being triceps and shoulders and today was Bicep and abs.

    Videos almost done. I am using a slower computer to edit so it will take me longer but also something new I am doing is using my own music this time around. Something I have not done before because I didn't have the tools but with my ipad and iphone and looptastic I will have awesome music soon.

    Lunges on rebox step 6 sets 25/35/45
    Stationary lunges on pad 3 sets 6 reps 20/20/25
    Squat smith 280 2 sets 6 reps
    Calves same as last week.
    Stiff leg dumbell lifts 45 each hand 3 sets 6 reps.


    Chest dumbell semi incline 80/95/95 x6
    Incline dumbell press 80/80/85 x6
    Incline cable isolator fly 62x3 x6

    Abs Similar as last week but added obliques today with kettle bells.

  30. Did 31 dips for warm up but she didn't film all of it for some reason.

    abs cable crunches 3 sets
    incline crunch 2 sets 6 reps.

    I got banned from my gym with no reason today.

    This is what I wrote. It was brought to my attention from Justin that I am no longer aloud to workout in the cost verde village gym. I live at apt 2235 616. He did not give me a valid reason so then I spoke to upper management and I spoke to Kim at the leasing office. she could not give me a valid reason ether. They then directed me to customer service. This is not acceptable as I am a paying resident and have not broken any rules that I am aware of. Further if they believe I have they have not given me a chance to correct the situation.

    So I have been secretly working out in my room with the Joe Weider Cross Bow. Sucks compared to weights but close enough. I broke my pull up record and my dip record . I hit it hard this week and will get some videos up soon. I need to stay low since I am banned from the gym I don't want people to know I'm working out.

    I did shoulders and tris today yesterday I did back and traps Monday I did legs. I feel very strong today. I have been eating very consistently and feel great. Pictures to come.
