    Quick question anyone else getting some nasty gas?

    I think P-Bold is starting to kick in I felt more aggressive yesterday toward everything, not a**holeish just felt myself getting I guess you could call it a Alpha feeling. I normally have this as I am confident in myself in most situations but I was feeling this alot more yesterday.

    Lol, ask my wife!! Haha, I stay w/ nasty gas!! Must be too much protein for me. I don't think this has changed mine. Also, I haven't noticed any mood changes yet, or irritability issues, but I'm a pretty laid back cat..

    Wide Grip Straight Bar Curls:

    Close Grip Hands facing in pull-ups
    4sets of body weight x 10do these slow up and down and really squeeze at the top.

    Hammer Curls:
    65lbsx10
    70x8
    75x8

    Concentration Curls:
    3sets 35lbsx10 really slow and squeeze at the top.

    TRIS:

    Rope Pull Downs:
    1set 120lbsx10
    1set 130lbsx10
    1set 135lbsx10
    1set 140lbsx6*DAMMIT*

    Skull Crushers:
    3sets 135lbsx10 slow

    Dips:
    3sets Body weight+135lbsx as many as I could do with good form.

    Close Hand Push-ups:
    3sets to failure.

    I ended it all as I began it with good long stretching.

    Still dosing 4xED at 1ml a dose.

    How long do you stretch for before and after your workouts? I am trying to incorporate more stretching into my routine it is something I have lacked over the years. Assuming you only stretch the muscle group you worked out? And damn awesome strength again especially with those dips.

    Before I lift I stretch till I feel warmed up and feel the blood moving in. After a spend about 8-10 mins to stretch what I worked and anything that feels tight as well. Stretching has helped me recover faster and get better lift numbers since I have really strengthened my joints and ligaments.

    Hmm nice thoughts on the stretching i've tried to incorporate it into my lifting more but i'm usually to wired and ready to lift i don't go as long as i'd like stretching.

    Yeah since I started doing some stretching after my workouts it deff has reduced the next day soreness in those muscle areas but it is something I dont always remember to do as much as I should

    Seriously. I want to get my bench up so Im going to start going heavy close grip bench. Build these tri's up a bit!!! Heavy skullcrushers have been killing my elbows as of late

    I did some heavy skulls last year with no warmup and my elbow has been giving me problems to this day. Requires lots of light weight warming up first.

    Alright for heavy skullcrushers here is what I do. Warm up for a few light sets but here is the important thing -Skeletal Balm by Need2Build and Animal FLEX or Large doses of MSM,Condrotin, and Glucosamine, with Fish oil.

    Haha that is a excellent stack for joint support. I do large doses of fish oil, and use Orange Triad, when things get bad i love using Joint Force by E-Pharm most amazing product i've used to date for joint support.

    Yeah the close grip bench helps a lot with ******* power. Same reason I stopped skullcrushers whenever I did 105 lbs or more killed my elbows

    Ok so No gym this weekend I was in the gym last night at 6 and the main sprinkler line broke in the middle of my deads. I would have kept going but if anyone has seem that water that comes out of one of those pipes after a few years of just sitting there you know why I dropped the **** and walked outside. I will be going to my back-up gym tomorrow since I got a free week pass to it paid for by my current gym.

    Tomorrow starts my 2ml dose before the gym so I will be taking 5ml a day at 1)1ml 2)1ml 3)2ml 4)1ml

    can you say that you legitimately feel anything yet?

    I know on my first cycle I felt it fast... and it was strong.... of course it was M1T, lol
