Country's erasing it all with Erase (unsponsored)

So, tomorrow I will be starting my first cap of Erase. I am actually finishing off a bottle of Anabeta which I was just too lazy (and embarrassed) to log. My lifts basically looked like crap at the start of anabeta because I was just returning from a lower back injury. Now, I will be doing a week of bridging or overlapping from anabeta to erase. I will be starting erase at 2 caps at this time, and then depending on how I react possibly bumping up to 3. In my experience I react very well to lower doses of pretty much all supplements. I have been running anabeta at 3 caps all the way and really like it. I know I could bump it up a little but I like it where its at. This little bridge should be fun and I am really excited to get on Erase.

Basically, my goal has been and will continue to be a recomp. Probably the hardest possible thing to do. However I stick with the slow and steady approach and it has been working so far. Eating a larger diet, but very clean to start, and the past few weeks I have been tapering down the calories as I have been losing fat. I need to keep bumping the calories down consitently but keeping protein the same, which means I can't keep a solid diet of macros. not to mention its hard to get the food I want at all meals.

The plan is to keep lifting and eating as I have been, and watch erase work its magic. I have already gained 5-6 pounds in the past two months, I have lost about 2-3 pounds of fat. so the recomp seems to be going well. the easy gains are gone now though and every pound is harder and harder to get.

strength has really increased with anabeta which I liked. hopefully that will contine with erase and I will notice the definition I am wanting between the hardening of erase and the increasing diet I will be working off of.

11% bf - caliper, 14%- electronic handheld ( who knows how accurate it is...)

Bench- 225x12 for 1 set, 285x1 max
squat- 225x7

Current supps:
what I take daily will be either anabeta/erase of course. 3/2 caps to start.
I use Lit up with a smidge of 1mr for the stim props as a PWO. I wont use the 1mr if I dont think I need it.
3-5g beta a
5-7g creatine (in addition to pwo) usualy 5g micro mono and 2 g dicreatine malate
I have syntha 6 protein, I only use it for a meal replacement if I need something quick right after the gym and I wont be eating for an hour or so. I dont like to do it, but its better than nothing. good ratio of carbs/protein/fat IMO.
I have BCAA, DAA, and cissus as well. use the cissus with pain, I came off of DAA cause I didnt like how I felt, and the BCAA I was taking but I got sick at the time and stopped and just havent started drinkin them again intra.

might have a few other supps around and if I take any ill let you know, haha.

also take fish oil, multi, and gluco/msm for joints.

Workouts look like this. I do a cycle of back/legs/check/arms/rest. I change the order of them sometimes, sometimes I dont. I add in abs, cardio, and other micros as I see fit and have time for. Its not the most well organized regime, but the organization and effectiveness comes from the randomness. my body will never know what I am going to be doing and can't adapt. sometimes I do combine back/bi, or chest tri/ and skip the arm day if I have to take 2 rest days close together for whatever reason.

Every other workout I change how I lift. aka one time I will use fascia stretching and high tempo lifting. some days I will do high rep low weight, and sometimes high reps and lots of volume. Some lifts I do compounds lifts such as all barbell lifts, some days I do all dumbell work. some days I combine. I do this every time, as I said, to change so I never do the same workout and always work the muscles in a new way.

I have my workouts logged, every single one, for about the past two years give or take a little. its nice to see my growth, and also see what exercise I use too much and what I have stopped using. I want to start usuing some new types of exercises even more than I have been lately (which has been a good bit).

Finally, I just got an MRI done friday to see what else is going on with my back that is still causing my pain. some days it feels like hell again, some days I wont get any pain. whatever. I decided I am not giving in to pain, and will push through no matter what. I am gona be smart, and not reinjure myself, but I wont back down from a workout due to pain. I will adapt.

So heres to goodluck for me and hoping Erase is as good as it sounds.

Yesterday was off say since I worked. So I was nice and fresh today. Hit a big bi little tri day. Felt good. Weight in 193 today which is up from 191 the most I have weighed. Impressed. That's the heaviest I have been in my life. Yesterday and today I have felt a lot of hardness in my muscles. I feel very strong and aggressive.

So it felt like my biceps exploded today at the gym. I have never had a pump that full and painful. Erase? Maybe. Well see.

Standing hammer curl- 35x10(each arm on these) , 45x10,55x7 (wow), 45x7, 35x 10.

Standins barbell curl- bar 10 reverse 10 forward. 95x4,5,3 barx9

21s w/ 25 lb DB.

Preacher DB curl- 25x7,8

Threw some dc stretching in for a few This was all fast paced 20-25 mins total.

Tri

OH extension with DB- 75x7, 100x10,9,10

DB skull crush(1 DB per hand) 30x10,10,7

Dips-BWx12,5,7

Kickback on cables 20x7,10x,5,4, 20x9

I do kickbacks one arm to the next and dont stop till end of all sets. Last shot was after a short break.

My bis are already sore and sill hurt. I couldn't start tria for about 10 Mins because my arms wouldn't bend enough. Great workout. Followed with a shake and some chicken pot pie and some veges after. Boy do I love being young and on a recomp/bulk.

I couldn't believe I was curling 55s tonight. I used to struggle with 45s pre injury.

Yep I'm eating well above maintain. But cutting back slowly. Pretty clean too. Eh arm back strength is up. Chest is a little below. And back/leg is about 1/2 :(

Yes, legs haha. No I hate legs anymore cause weight is so light and it hurts so bad. My lower back was getting crazy pumped today so it didnt help the pain AT ALL. but on well. I pushed through. The lady working at the gym actually offered to turn the AC on more 9(it was upper 60s) for me because I was sweating like crazy, hahaha.

Anyways here it is.
Warmed up good and did some static stretches. my back felt crappy all day but I wasn't gona let that stop me. so I stretched. and it still felt crappy. I decided to keep my weights lighter and not use my ham brace or belt, so I get the full force on any muscles that are lagging, so I can get back ASAP. My doc needs to call me with my MRI report.

Squats- WU, 135x7,7 225x7,10,12,14
Calf Raise- BB 135x15,15,12
Deadlift- BBx10,10 (alt SLDL and reg), 135x10, 10 all reg. I did these super light to keep tension out of my hips and back. I need to heal.
Air Squats w/45 plate x 15
Walking Lunge (these are my new challenge for leg. I will do these time to time, until I can do the whole circut around the back of my gym back to the DB rack. I am guessing it is maybe 50-60 lunges total. I got 15 of those today with 30 lb db. Yeah this will suck.

I tried to leg press but I wasn't doing jack... so I threw in the towel after a few sets to failure at 190 and 210. nothing huge. Legs were really pumped and swole. I did a good stretching session after because my hip flexors and back were practically spasming. I really need to get back to normal functionality.

Overall I was happy because I am mentally pushing myself in my squats when my body says no, and I know even if I cant hit bigger numbers in weight I can always up reps mentally, and get more work in, and grow more muscle. so in the end its better than doing heavier weight for now. I will keep at 225 until I get up to the 18-20 rep range then bump weight up to 245 maybe? and keep going at that standard. til I feel 100%

feel good on erase, one of my buddies was messing with me today and I gave him what I thought was a light shove, but sent him about 10 feet across the floor into a wall. A few people were like whyd you throw him and I said I didnt mean to and apologized to the guy later haha. But he was cool knew I was just messing around.

and should have a new lifting partner. Guy was like 225 5 6' during summer, cut down to like 200ish now and lost some strength but he is just naturally really big. if I cut down I would be like 170 right now. just my body type has always been small and long boned, I should have played basketball or something and tried to capitalize on that. oh well.

Also, had a question, i'll probably post this in my log but... since I only have weights at home and I do more of a weightlifting movement type full body days, would it be better to do Front squats on squat day? Or on deadlift day? Or on clean day? Squat day would be to burn out legs, deadlift day would be to add more stability to having frontal loading, and clean day would be for the same reason... But I find myself more burned on clean days. because of lowered rest time...

I would do front squats with squats and deads with cleans if it were me. Personally I like and need more time to heal and recover. And I grow more that way. I just make sure I really kill myself. Because other wise your turn around time is shorter. I honestly one hit legs/lower back once a week, I used to do deads on back day but can't anymore. Honestly I don't think it matters though. You could even alternate your deads and front squats every cycle through. So you never have a routine with in a routine. Haha.


Anyways yeah those 14 reps were painfull I was gasping breath and pumping out another one and was about to fail. Failure on squats is weird at Least for me. But I have done 315x12 or a little more before. So right now is like cake compared to what I uses to do. I would rep 285/315 depending on the day and over exercises. Ah I miss it.

Haha yeah all that cept I def need to sleep more. 6 hours doesn't quite cut it. And I guess cookies are a good weight gainer hahaha. I really love food. Appetite has been up lately too.

Well I havent been on to update for a few days but I had two workouts in the 17/18th and yesterday was off, did a bunch of work on my jeep wrangler. haha. anyways today I havent lifted yet, gym is closed, but I am gona hit a bi/tri in my basement with my home weights and stuff. not as easy as the gym but changing things up doesnt hurt.

Pretty decent workout, had a lot of motivation and drive. I was very pumped and felt good, enjoyed myself through the whole workout althought it was painful from being so much volume and so fast paced, but I liked it. hahaha. weight was obviously up, I feel good.

I felt like Shiz starting out the night, I dont know why. almost sick felt like I was gona throw up for the first half of the workout. whatever. Bench got weak at the end and my shoulder was bothering me a little. During the arnolds my hips were cramping up bad, due to my back issues, but I fixed my feet placement and got by. Otherwise workout felt pretty good., I was trying to bump weight down like 20%, and up reps by 2-3 for first set, and every set after on the DC incline and arnolds. really makes your push yourself mentally. Anyways I feel like I am growing and today, sunday, my chest is really sore. didnt hurt at all yesterday. I am always a second day-sore kinda lifter I guess.

So far the anabeta-erase was awesome, obviously bumped up weight 5-6 pounds within the first week of erase. I think I may be bloating some. but I finished the last cap of anabeta today so the rest should be all erase. I think I will keep it at 2 caps for a while because I was getting really thirsty and close to getting dry the past week so I think that 3 may be a little too much for me. I might try pulsing it every other day however.

Thanks bro, I starting hitting high volume to maximize my gains when I started lifting again after a few months off due to my back there. But in maybe 4-6 weeks gona start a 3-5 rep/7-10 rep cycle for like 4 weeks and do those types of sets every other workout day per part to do some strength gaining. I go to the doc tues to see about my "spine shifting" or whatever the hell is going on, hopefully something to fix me up soon so I can get back to hitting legs hard. haha.

Good workout. I forgot to weigh in. I was gettin rey for gym and got a bad cramp in my hammy. Hasn't gone away yet. Lifted though it but really bothered me. I think erase is dehydrating me so I am gona up my water. I did a ton of sets on leg press and did ATF squats. And 10kns cardio bike which is a lot for me lol! I'll write it down later when I get to my book. Nothing real special jut a reg leg day but nothing stellar cause the cramp. Oh well.

Well doc told me yesterday that I have a small fracture in the bottom of my spine and one slightly bulging disc. No more leg workouts. I refuse to quit lifting altogether though. I can sill do upper body and I can do cardio. I am gettin some type of brace I guess also. So we will see where I go from here. Hamstring is still tight and i dont know why.

I just ordered 2 bottles of anabeta waiting for erase to arive. Going to do a 8 week cycle this time together... I did a 4 week cycle of each on their own and it was insane but combing the two will be epic!

Thanks Matt. Yep just round te corner and I'll be all better. Chest is feeling stronger and stronger.

Bryan. You'll love the two. I ran both at low doses and just bridged. But I actually liked anabeta best. But I haven't been on erase long enough to say for sure. I might bump h dose up to 3. But anyways I had a hamstring tear in track season. Then an si joint dislocation for about the 5th time that caused a pinched nerve and a lot of other problems. Along with a fractured vertebrae and bulged disc from football supposedly. Anyways I am feeling better and better get my brace tomorrow. I have been having gas and stuff like crazy lately and idk if it is from the erase or what ?

Anyways here is my workout from yesterday. Today is off day. 196 yesterday and today. Also appetite is down and stomac is tightening up so my cleaner diet may be working. :)

Chest day.

Bench with bands adding a band til I got to 195 total. Then did 12 reps. Then 205 reg flat bench for 12,13.

Bb oh press. First time doing these or military In a long time. Felt weird. Form was off I think. 95x4,5.

Shoulder raise lat. 20x7,7,7

Arnold press. 45x10,10

Pec dec 75x10,10

Abs.

Not a crazy day. My pecs were still sore from Thursday workout lat week. And shoulder were killing me already.

Epic back workouts planned for today. I felt freaking awesome yesterday, wish I would have lifted. nothing hurt, I felt good and rested. this morning I woke up feeling like crap... but I will improve by this after noon. I have to.

Do you notice any strength improvement on Erase ?
I can't say For sure yet. Yes I have gained strength. Is jt from erase solely ? I don't know. I was gaining anyways. I feel as though I am a lot harder and denser now. And leaner. Strength is about the same. I would say power and aggression are definitely up.

Thanks bro. The dumb do ordered y the wrong back brace so I won't Be in it til Friday at the earliest.

Anyways I have been 196 consistently. But I was 192 today after like no food and a ton of sweating and hard work on my jeep. Haha. Supps are the same still. I feel like my back an chest are growing well an getting stronger.

Today is off day. Yesterday work out. Back and bi. Body weight. 192.

Pull ups. -16,7
Chin ups 12
Lat pull downs 190x7 250x5,4 210x7,6
Bent over row - 135x5,15 185 x 5 heavy on back.

Pulley shrugs 150x 15,20

Machine row 170x12 150x15
Preacher curl 55x12,10
Hammer curl 50x7,7 40x7


Like I said rough day. Alright workout but whatever. Strength is going up but I won't be happy until I am back to where I was.
