    Ahhh Snap!!! Right when you start to get into the swing of things its time to relax and take a day off to grow!!! muhaha!!!

    I will have to say so far soooo good!! Weight has been monitored very nicely and with the Fourth of July weekend that had approached and went I'm very happy with everything thus far. I think i'm starting to lose my ab and than give a lil flex and i can still see them. I will say that i always start to bulk in the summer time and I do have to stop doing that!!! I haven't been eating as much as i should be because I'm trying to maintain my metabolism in the realm of "normalcy" but i don't think thats going to happen haha!!

    Ah Huh this my shiiii!!! This was the Fourth of July Weekend so you can imagine why i took all this time off!!! WAM BAM THANK YOU MAMMMMM!!! AH HUH!!! muahha!!!

    Took this time off and I wanted to say that I just doese the TTA - 500 3 caps has been my sweet spot!!

    Thus far I will have to say that I am very please with SNS's product!!! I do have to make sure that the water intake is up to par or else a headache is in the future! I will say that weight is up and know i have to plateu for the next month so i can feel out the new found additions!

    I think 3 caps is good for most people, myself included. Although I popped that 4th every once in a while
    The headache can come when dosing 4 yes - happened to me too, but it subsided when I got used to the dosing

    Glad you like the SNS line, keep up the great log brutha

    And btw, those cannon's will be like my arms when I'm done with my winter cycle

Met a woman, fell in love, her contract didn't get renewed with the MN Orchestra and so I had to help her pack her things with her and the family. She will be moving back home for a bit that out to Cleveland so i have been pretty distraught but love makes the impossible possible!     Thanks CC i appreciate it!! It has been difficult to see her leave but I know that GOD has a plan my man! Not sure if any of you are religious but I have been exploring faith more in my older age haha "25" as of July 14th and it has helped a lot I will say it may not be for everyone but when you have new love and you can't spend the time in which you so yearn it is always nice to know that there will be a plan :cheer: with that being said I pulled my grion last night doing some leg presses and will update the last few logs !

    I love good mornings, I like them better than Stiff legged dead lifts! the only thing is the weight in which you do has to be significantly lower and for that I always questions the affectivness when trying to gain more size. I understand that weight does not always equate to size but usually a good rule of thumb is an increase in str will equate to an increase of size sooner that later! But if your feeling DOMS 4 days after a good set than the excersice is speaking for itself

    SNS has provided a magnificant stack here and I will say that I am the lightest i have been for tossing this kind of weight around!! Getting stronger and there is no doubt in my mind when it comes to winter time I will be on mean machine!

    Ill have to try goodmornings again. I myself enjoy straight legged deadlifts, especially if I stand on something to increase my range of movement.
