I know my log is coming up a bit late, but due to some travel and personal issues I couldn't start until now. My apologies to Taurus, but I really appreciate the understanding!

To start, a little background on me. I recently competed in my first NPC bodybuilding show, placing 5th in the Middleweight division (176.2lbs). I have since "bulked" back up to 200lbs (10lbs came from a recent cruise!). So my goals are to recomp after my rebound and put on some lean mass while shedding some extra "stuffing!"

I'll be using Wyked at 2-3 scoops first thing in the morning around 5-6AM for morning workouts along with 2 scoops of DA-HCG.

I've used a few DAA products so far, bulk DAA was lackluster for me (used 180g), but Gaspari Viridex Xt worked well. I'll be looking to see how DA-HCG fares in this regard.

Wyked I'm going to be assessing on how well it'll wake me up and keep me going for early morning, fasted workouts.

If there are any questions along the way, or suggestions, I'm completely open to new ideas and experimentation!

Overall a good workout. I was dragging butt getting out of bed, but the Wyked really picked me up! I mixed the Wyked and DA-HCG together, and I think it threw the taste of the Wyked off a little. Still, tasted quite good, light and refreshing!

I had a good pump going, and felt quite focused in the gym. My chest was a little sore the next day, so that's a good workout in my book! Felt good to be back in a real gym after traveling!

Too soon to tell anything on DA-HCG, but I'll be monitoring!

I usually shoot for 4400 calories on working days (20% over maintenance), so I came in about 900 calories below target and about 150 calories below maintenance. I'm actually trying to reduce calories to cut some fat from the cruise so this should be okay. Not sure if I'll recomp at this level or just lose. I'm thinking I need to keep it at maintenance if I want to recomp.

Legs were/are DESTROYED! I haven't felt this sore in a long time! 355 is the heaviest I've squatted in a while, so that probably accounts for a bit of it. I just recently got back up to squatting 315 x 5, so this is great progress IMO. But now I feel it in my quads, hamstrings and glutes!

I think the Wyked certainly helped me maintain my composure and push on. After the squats and front squats, I was hurting, but I had the motivation to do more even though I wanted to stop physically. Could it be the DAA already giving me aggression and alpha-ness?

I had to grind through the leg presses and leg extensions, they weren't fun or easy, but well worth it!

This day I tried just Wyked alone, and took the DA-HCG separate. The Wyked flavor was much better! Yes, it tastes like CountryTime lemonade IMO. I could sip on it all day, and I probably would to get the great stim feeling and energy! So far, I'm liking Wyked!

I didn't have much time today, I had to go in to the office early for meetings. I was glad to get some deadlifting in, felt awesome after not having access to real equipment in a while. Pulling 475 was good, I'm hoping to be back in the 500's soon and work up from there. My contest cutting really caused me to lose way too much strength and muscle, so I'm relying on muscle memory and hard training to make it back to where I was. So far it's going well, squats are actually better than they were before (I've been putting more attention on legs since contest time).

Wyked at 2 scoops seems to suit me fine. Good taste, and great effect. Nothing really sticks out though, other than a fantastic taste and good amount for the price. It's a solid pre-workout all around IMO so far. I am witholding judgment to see if tolerance build up is an issue, as that's what usually kills pre-workouts for me.

So far, I'm liking it. Hard to say for sure, but I think I can begin to feel the test boosting effect in my mood. That's what I got from Viridex Xt, so I'd say this is a good DAA stack for sure to feel it so soon!

Some wyked flavored bcaa would be nice. I mix my 2:11 bcaa in EVERYTIME I drink my wyked. It covers taste of the bulk bcaa's.

I was completely exhausted this morning and slept in until 8AM (alarm went off at 5AM). I was just wiped, and had a hard time getting out of bed. I took a Dexaprine and 2 TT-33, and felt much peppier and awake. Followed that up with a cup of coffee, and I was good to go. Took another Dexaprine when I felt some hunger creeping up around 11AM, and 30 minutes later, hunger was out of mind. I actually didn't eat until around 3PM, so my fast lasted an extra long time.

I ended up working out at night after work around 6PM, so once I was done with a good hamstring/chest workout, I went to my favorite Indian buffet! For $6, I had an awesome meal with Butter Chicken, Saag, Naan, Rice, Tandoori Chicken, and topped it off with some Kheer and Gulab Jamun. Dinner was about 1800 calories, but I figured post workout it would be okay.

Protein was a bit low today, so I'll have to keep in mind that I need to add a shake or something for next time I do Indian. Way too many carbs/fats in that food (why it tastes so good)!

Anyway, I'll be on the road until Sunday, heading back to MI to see family and drive home with the wife and son. My connection may be spotty, and my workouts won't be as good. I'll be bringing the DA-HCG with me, but leaving the Wyked since I doubt I'll see any gym action with so little time and so many people to see. Hope the alpha-male feelings just keep improving!

Day 5-7:

I took these days off since I was travelling back to MI to visit with family. I flew out of VA on Friday morning and drove back Sunday morning. Not much time for ANYTHING, but I did get a quick arm/shoulder workout with my dad on Saturday.

I only brought my DA-HCG, so I did 2 scoops each day. Energy levels and alpha feeling are PRESENT! Libido is good too, but there were no opportunities with the Mrs on this trip. Overall, responding well to the DA-HCG!

I went to bed at 12:30AM and was up at 5AM (okay, snoozed to 5:30AM), took 2 scoops DA-HCG and 2 scoops Wyked. It was a good workout, solid energy, focus and aggression throughout.

I am definitely getting stronger, and building some LBM. I have put on fat, but I expect that to come a bit with my rebound after competition. I'm keeping calories ~20% above maintenance on working days, and ~20% below maintenance on off days (Sat & Sun).

Again, Wyked is tasting good. The DA-HCG makes whatever I mix it in a bit more bitter, but I actually have some BCAA mixes that taste better sour, so it's all good. I don't care for the 2 mixed together as much as I like Wyked alone, so I take them separately.

The effects of the stack are good. Clean energy and focus in the gym, with a good alpha male mentality and more energy in the evenings. Enjoying the run so far!

Rough morning, and even rougher workout! I was hurting afterwards, actually had a tough time with stairs at the gym and at work. I am used to doing a lot of volume, but I've been upping the weight lately and I think it's taking its toll. However, that means I've got good things coming to me, right?

I took 3 scoops Wyked because I was dragging a bit and wanted to have a good Quad day. I killed it in the gym! I was getting nice and deep on all of the quats and presses, really feeling pumped after every set. Very good focus, very good feeling overall. While it was painful, it was enjoyable!

I'm wondering about the DA-HCG. Any Taurus reps offer any thoughts, I'm using 2 scoops a day and it looks like it's going to run out in just a few more days. Am I dosing it wrong?

Really enjoying this, strength is going up, weight is actually decreasing (that darn cruise weight finally dropping off). Can't wait for more!

I focused more on mind-muscle connection than lifting heavy today. I could feel some good lower-lat activation on the straight arm press downs. Felt good, though I missed DLs!

I figured out my sweet spot with Wyked is 2 scoops. It gives me the right level of energy and focus, and going to 3 scoops doesn't do much extra. I'll try 3 again to be sure, but I'm happy with 2 scoops.

The DA-HCG is running low, so if any reps are reading this, please let me know how many scoops I'm supposed to be taking, or why I'd be running so low so fast! Thanks!

Overall a productive workout, wish I had more time to do leg curls and some lunges. Wyked just gives me lots of energy to keep going, makes me want to do more! 2 Scoops works great!

A note on the taste, it seemed a bit on the bitter/sour side this morning. Perhaps I just need to shake up the bottle a bit more due to settling? Whatever it was, it wasn't the same great taste I'm used to.

I was taking 2, but it seemed like it was getting used up too quickly, so I switched to 1 scoop of DA-HCG. The label is so hard to read!

I ran out of it today, doing 1 scoop the last few days or so. I guess I'll have to use Wyked tomorrow on a non-workout day.

Got going this morning no probelm, woke up ready to take on the day! Took my 2 scoops of Wyked, and I was tuned in, eyes wide open (hard to do at 5AM sometimes!).

Chest day went very well, good mind/muscle connection, especially on the DB moves. Strength has been steadily increasing on weight/reps for chest exercises.

I ran out of DA-HCG, but I'm going to keep going with the Wyked to see how it works solo. If today is an indication, I think it's going to go just fine! It seems like it could last a LONG time! :D

Today the Wyked tasted great again, I think the last time I just used too little water and that made it bitter/sour. Today it was tasty as ever at ~20oz. I like a little more water with Wyked it seems.

DAMN my legs were PUMPED at the end of this! After Leg Extensions, I felt like I was sauntering like a cowboy, my legs were so full and just tight! Felt really good!!!

Squats were solid, deep reps, with a great squeeze coming out of the hole. I think I can move up weight even more, and/or do more reps. I think I might try to see how many reps I can get at 315, though I loathe high volume squats! UGH!

Wyked has me fueled up in the gym, so no complaints there! 2 rounded scoops is definitely a good spot for me.

Worked out with another guy from the gym I sometimes talk to since we were both on back day. He's a bigger guy, so it was good to have someone keep up in weight. It was kinda nice having someone to motivate you to push an extra rep/set. I may workout with him some more, particularly for chest day, it'd be nice to have a spotter and do some negatives and forced reps.


Wyked kept me going great. I'm going to bring in some samples of stuff for him to try one day, I may have to bring him some Wyked to see what he thinks!

Solid workout, chest and hamstrings both felt very pumped. It's odd, I haven't had a pumped feeling like this since I was using Creatine Nitrate. I don't know exactly what's causing it, but I like it!

Strength is also progressing nicely. Last week on the Machine 21's I was struggling at 42.5lbs and now 50lbs wasn't that bad. I am definitely making great progress recently, and feeling great!

So I decided to switch it up and do some high volume work. Felt really good, and got an AWESOME pump! Wyked kept my head in the game!

I've had to increase my dosage to 3 scoops Wyked, so tolerance is building up. However, I get a great pump at this dose. Not too stimmed out, and it should work well.

Great leg workout, went heavy on squats and got a nice ATG PR for 315 x 7. I usually stop myself at 5 so I can do heavier work, but I'm trying to switch some things up in my routine. I also got some higher than usual rep ranges for the 275 x 10, I usually konk out at 8 reps. Overall, good determination and focus to push on. Wyked definitely helps there!

Again, I'm up to 3 scoops Wyked. Now it's making me wonder what it would be like at 4 scoops... ;)

4 scoops kinda makes me feel a little tweaked... I've only been using 2 the last 2 weeks. Since I don't cycle of stims I'm trying to cut back for a few weeks lol
