Notes: First off, had a great mind/muscle connection going on (current PreWO is ) and really pushed through the entire workout. A few times after the lunges/squats supersets, legs were jelly and nearly fell down.
- I dosed 2 scoops, intra. I believe if today is any indication of how psyko will help , then g-g-iddy up! Noticed longer time to reach buildup of lactic acid and was able to hold positions thru movements for longer than I’d been able to.
Mixability- I think I used 32oz water (however big the APS shaker is), all dissolved, no clumps or residue left on the bottom.
Taste- ‘purple fruit punch’, although have grown tired of fruit punch as a flavor generally speaking, I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of this for psyko, but have to say, it’s way better than I expected & I very much enjoyed it. It has more of a tangy fruity flavor...esp refreshing thru-out the workout & since it has the hydrolyzed whey, it has more ‘body’ than just bcaa/eaa’s....
Effects- so far so good!...as noted above, looking forward to any accumulative effects.
Worth noting: I workout first thing in the AM, fasted and usually shoot for 25-30g of Bcaa for intra...Approved by RR, I’ll be adding in some extra bcaa/eaa’s from here on out, mostly BC+EAA, that I have on hand.
