**Schizm goes PurplePsyKO w/Testalensis100 (Dual Spnsrd)**
Huge thanks to Controlled Labs & APS for their pick to give these a run. I’m a huge fan of each of these companies & very much looking forward to see what each of these new supps bring to the table as I continue on the heels of a successful XFA recomp/run.
Weight (as of 3-10) 171
Diet: basically the same as I’ve been following the last 2-3 months (higher pro/mod-mod high carb/mod fat), just adding some more cals in postWO and pre bed time frame. I’ve never thought of myself as an ecto/hardgainer considering I was a very obese kid/teen...and considering I spend 9 hrs a day at a desk job, but putting on some LBM has proven to be a challenge and I’m eating at least near the 3k+ (cals) mark...
Training: will be spending at least a couple weeks in a heavier/lower rep range (using rest/pause for a few sets & possibly ending with a FST-7 style to end each workout), split as:
I was given the green light from JD & RR to run these simultaneously (‘sweeeet’)....I rec’d the Purple psyKO today and will begin to use tomorrow...the Testalensis100 should be rec’d by end of this week. Will make a gynormous notation when that is added into the mix.

Notes: First off, had a great mind/muscle connection going on (current PreWO is Animal Rage) and really pushed through the entire workout. A few times after the lunges/squats supersets, legs were jelly and nearly fell down.
Purple PsyKo- I dosed 2 scoops, intra. I believe if today is any indication of how psyko will help perform, then g-g-iddy up! Noticed longer time to reach buildup of lactic acid and was able to hold positions thru movements for longer than I’d been able to.
Mixability- I think I used 32oz water (however big the APS shaker is), all dissolved, no clumps or residue left on the bottom.
Taste- ‘purple fruit punch’, although have grown tired of fruit punch as a flavor generally speaking, I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of this for psyko, but have to say, it’s way better than I expected & I very much enjoyed it. It has more of a tangy fruity flavor...esp refreshing thru-out the workout & since it has the hydrolyzed whey, it has more ‘body’ than just bcaa/eaa’s....
Effects- so far so good!...as noted above, looking forward to any accumulative effects.
Worth noting: I workout first thing in the AM, fasted and usually shoot for 25-30g of Bcaa for intra...Approved by RR, I’ll be adding in some extra bcaa/eaa’s from here on out, mostly BC+EAA, that I have on hand.

Agreed about the taste ... Fruit punch "another one?" - but it's very unique
Was so 'psykd' to blast out some Kenpo+/core work today...even after having been booted from my bed at 4am due to my 2 year old climbing bed and being a noisey sleeper...went upstair to sleep another hour & setting my cell phone alarm...getting up at what I thought was 5...was actually 6 b/c for some reason my cell phone screwed me and had dropped back an hour to pre- DST
went ahead and popped the disc in, mixed up 1 scoop PurPsy & a few scoops bc+eaa & managed to get in a kickace workout for a good 35-40 mins....included some light shoulder work to get em pumped, chin hangs & hanging leg lifts...breezed right through it...reading up on CM & norvaline...might try out using white flood tomorrow preWO...
...which reminds me...more thanks CL for the included samps with the PurplePsyko!! Love it! At some point will try the purplepsyko/purple wraath combo...

Notes: workout was ‘meh’...still tweaking this one, mainly exercise selection, so focus/intensity just wasn’t there. Shoulders are my weakest area, still nailing down form on some moves (particularly lateral raises & up right rows). Would have put some R delt flyes in here but machine was occupied a good deal of the time and running short on time to go back to the DB area before I left...I outlined what I thought would be a good exercise combo for next time though...so will have to do this one justice then.

Notes: Decided to switch the rotation up slightly...and to cut back on the number of exercises down a little bit, I generally tend to try to do too much in a single workout & will be tossing in finisher fst-7 style sets in at the end of each body part and I think it paid off. I’ll definitely be working on increasing the #’s on benching, but got a really good pump going with long lasting energy throughout...

Notes: Still transitioning into the FST format...but for a first back/tri attempt, went smooth enough...still need to streamline the exercises a bit, the stations I intended on using (i.e. HS row) was being used most the time...so workout went about 15 mins longer than it should have been.
I tried doing a scoop of Purple Wraath 20 min preWO, then 2 scoops PurplePsyKO intra....good stuff!! Noticed a better pump and had great endurance & intra set recovery...g-g-g-iddy up!

Subpar workout today...full house, minus Uncle Jesse...for those 'Full House' fans out there
Worked Calves/Quads, which went very well...then moved onto shoulders, actually presses went well...threw in some lat raises, sucked...shrugs, used the HS shrug machine was ok, wound up doing some deadlift into shrug, which was good...finished with some machine rear delt flyes, good. Going to modify a friday workout, keep calves/quads/DL/shrugs/shoulder presses, R delt flyes...then move side delts/upper traps to my Kenpo/Sat workout...think that'll work much better....
PreWO today used white flood, then 2 scoops psyKO intra...good stuff...was really pushing through some sticking points on leg presses...and shoulder presses...
Pump/vascularity increased for me dramatically over that period. Endurance was immediately obvious, but has since slowly increased. Recovery has increased quite well over that time period (less DOMS etc)

For an experiment, since I have several sample packets of Green Mag, I dosed this preWO, then 2 scoops of PsyKO intra....very niiiice! I’ve been feeling performance has been really improving these past couple of weeks, all the way around.
