    Day 7:

I took 10 caps Nitrozine and 7 caps Creatine Nitrate (only 1 serving left!!!!) about 30 minutes pre-workout with AppNut Lit-Up for a change of pace.

Shoulders (and a little bicep to start):
    DB Curls: 35 x 10; 45 x 10; 55 x 10; 60 x 8; 65 x 6; 70 x 5

    DB Military Press: 60 x 10; 70 x 10; 75 x 10; 85 x 10; 85 x 7; 60 x 12

    Upright Row: 95 x 10; 145 x 8; 115 x 10; 125 x 10; 135 x 10; 145 x 8

    Side Laterals: 25 x 10; 30 x 10; 35 x 10; 40 x 10; 45 x 5; 45 x 5; 40 x 8; 40 x 8; 45 x 5

    BB Shrug: 225 x 10; 315 x 10; 365 x 10; 405 x 10; 455 x 10; 495 x 10; 405 x 10; 315 x 10; 225 x 20; 135 x 20

    HS Front Military: 2 plates x 10 (3 sets)

    HS Shoulder Press: 2 plate x 8 (3 sets)

    Machine Side Laterals: 160 x 10; 180 x 10; 200 x 5

I had 2 packs of Chocolate Milk afterwards, delicious!

At the end of it, my shoulders still feel like they could keep going although now they're starting to knot up. I know I worked them hard, particularly in the DB Military Press and Shrug, both I got new PR's. I know I'm going to be paying for it, but damn it felt good.

It wasn't an incredible shoulder pump, per se, but more a strong feeling like they could keep pressing more and more weight! Felt great, and I didn't want to stop even though it was 10PM and I had been there way too long! I also had great arm vascularity, even though I only did 1 bicep exercise.

One thing that pissed me off was this gym (which I pay $60/month) was missing an 80lb, a 90lb, and a 110lb DB because people broke them. WTF!? I pay too much for jack-assery like that. I'm glad I'll be switching gyms at the end of this month, paying too much for too little. I just wish there was a hardcore gym, the one I'm switching to is just a hole in the wall, but they have some cool stuff like kettlebells and battle ropes (but only up to 100lb DBs )

I hate when I buy nasty tasting protein!!! I always kick myself in the ASS because it is my own fault. I already know what I like and its a pretty good price all the time but I still think "hey let me try this" and it rarely turns out good. I am always making the "I just ate as s" face after most of my shakes

Costco or Sams up there? Protein is much better and cheaper there. Hell, Walmart is better too!

Good luck getting through it! I have 50lbs of egg protein I have to flavor. The first 10lbs I flavored is AWFUL, it burns like alcohol. TrueProtein flavoring just isn't that great for bulk eggs...

Really? I just got a tub of some protein from walmart and I hate it!!!

For my egg protein mix I just get plain or vanilla and throw it in fruit smoothies.

ok, flame if you want, but to me the walmart protein tastes kinda good. i mean it's not the best by any means, but i have a few jugs on hand in case i run out of clutch/or lipo. the best tasting one i treat myself to is by thermolife, tastes great and even has nitrates in it-but it is costly$$$$$-i mix it half and half with clutch to stretch it out.

    Day 8:

    8 caps Creatine Nitrate
    10 caps Nitrozine

    Arms:
    DB Curl: 40 x 10; 45 x 10; 50 x 10; 55 x 7; 60 x 5

    Superset:
    Dips: BX x 15; +45 x 10; +70 x 10; +90 x 6; +90 x 6
    FatGrip Hammer Curl: 30 x 10 (5 sets)

    Overhead Extension: 70 x 10; 80 x 10; 90 x 10; 100 x 8

    Superset:
    FatGrip Rope Cable Curl: 45 x 10; 45 x 10; 45 x 10; 55 x 10
    FtaGrip Rope Cable Pressdown: 45 x 10; 45 x 10; 45 x 10; 55 x 10

    Superset:
    Cable Side Lateral: 15 x 10; 15 x 10; 20 x 10; 25 x 10; 30 x 10
    One Arm Cable Concentration Curl: 15 x 10; 15 x 10; 20 x 10; 25 x 10; 30 x 10

I got a lot of sets in and had a great pump. Arms measure 17" flexed post workout. I was hoping for a bit more of a pump, but I'll take it as a decent day. I tried to focus on feeling the contraction rather than moving lots of weight. Who knows, my arms have always been stubborn.

I capped off my last day at this gym with a nice, 1 hour deep muscle tissue massage!!! It felt AWESOME! I am seriously thinking about signing up for these once a month. I'll see how I feel tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Next week I start up at my new gym. It's not as posh as the last one, but only $16 a month (compared to $60 I was paying). There's not really a good deadlift area, and the DBs only go up to 100lbs, so I'll have to find other ways to challenge myself and make do with whats available. Other than that, it's all good.

17 ugly inches, not much definition yet!

I didn't measure before, but I'd guess cold it was in the 15" relaxed and 16" flexed range. It seems like my arms get a 1" pump in both measures.

Yeah, I do a shake that's about 60g protein and 75g carbs. Then I follow up with oatmeal, yogurt, etc. an hour or so later. I wish I could get some eggs/meat with that post workout meal.

I think I just need more whole food protein sources, and something easy and portable for mornings...

    Day 9:

    10 caps nitrozine
    1 rounded scoop mesomorph

    Chest:

    BB Bench Press: 135 x 10; 225 x 7; 225 x 7; 225 x 7/3/2 (rest pause); 225 x 6/2/1/1

    Inclinde DB Fly: 55 x 10; 55 x 10; 55 x 10/5/4; 55 x 8/4/3

    Cable Fly: 60 x 12; 70 x 10/5/4; 90 x 10/5/4

    Low Pulley Cable Fly: 60 x 10; 60 x 10/5/4; 60 x 10/5/4

    Pushups

Static DB Fly Stretch: 55lbs for 45 seconds

I've added 1-2 cups of oats to my normal maintenance (usual bulking procedure for me, works well with my body) plus some added protein.

Strength is increasing, partially from recovering from some past injuries, partially excess calories, and partially supplementation. Gains I would say haven't been entirely lean, but overall I'd say body composition and gains have been favorable.

I ran out of Creatine Nitrate, I think I'll have to get some more just for the pumps. The Nitrozine is pretty good, but for my body I felt the Creatine Nitrate delivered more results. I got better pumps from the Creatine Nitrate than I have from GPLC and/or Agmatine Sulfate. I guess I found what works for me!

Overall, it feels good to be getting back up to real weights. This was my last day at my current gym, starting tomorrow (if I make it, there's freezing rain tonight) I'll be at a much cheaper gym...

workout looks good! add some declines, i feel they have made a difference for me-still haven't got them up to speed with inclines, i am working on it.
Thanks, I'll give it a try adding them in.

Nice, I waiver on wanting a home gym or not. Sounds like you have a good setup though.

    Day 10:

    10 caps nitrozine
    2 scoops LIT-Up

    Back:

    Deadlift: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 315 x 8; 405 x 5; 455 x 1; 500 x 1; 405 x 3; 405 x 3

    BB Bent Over Row: 135 x 10; 185 x 10 (3 sets)

    DB Row: 100 x 12 (3 sets)

    Low Cable Row: 160 x 10; 200 x 10; 220 x 10

    Pull Down: 150 x 10; 170 x 10; 190 x 10

    Rear Delt Row: 70 x 10; 90 x 10; 110 x 10; 130 x 10; 150 x 10

Feels good to be back up to 500lb on the DLs!!! I had a little struggle locking it out, but got it up without too much trouble, maintained good form. The rest of the lifts were not bad at all, good burn and exertion. I miss heavy DB rows! I may have to get one of those short O-bars to load with 25lb plates to row...

It's funny though, the new gym I'm at barely had enough plates for me and a guy doing leg press (he was only using 5 plates per side). Good thing the place is empty in the morning!

The LIT up has given me surprisingly good energy. It doesn't wake me up like Mesomorph, but it keeps me going in the gym. It's odd, both times I've used it now I end up doing more exercises/sets/reps than I normally would do. Not sure what to make of it. I am considering using it in PCT though since it has 3g DAA in 2 scoops, and it would last 20 days at that dose. It's an interesting pre-workout, maybe something for others to try if you're tired of other pre-workout drinks. Tastes alright too, but the dye is REALLY strong.

    Day 11:

    9 caps Nitrozine
    2 scoops Lit-Up

    Leg Day:

    Squats: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 275 x 5; 315 x 3; 315 x 3; 315 x 3; 225 x 10

    Leg Press: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 10; 720 x 6
    Calve Press: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 10; 720 x 6

    SLDL: 45 x 10; 95 x 10; 145 x 10; 195 x 10; 205 x 10

    Calf Press: 5 sets

    Leg Extension: 150 x 20; 170 x 20; 190 x 20
    Leg Curl: 110 x 15; 130 x 15; 150 x 15

Today wasn't great as far as moving weight, couldn't get in the groove on squats, but still felt a burn throughout. I don't know what it was, but I just didn't have the endurance on squats, or power. I could've probably gotten a few more reps on 275/315, but it wasn't feeling right and didn't want to do anything stupid. I hit leg press a little harder, which felt good (nice pumps). Leg extensions and curls are getting easier too.

Now that I'm out of Creatine Nitrate, I realize how much I miss that feeling! The Nitrozine is good, but I'd say the Creatine Nitrate is Great! It was even better with the 2 stacked!!!

JD, please let me know the next time APS is having a good sale on Creatine Nitrate, I need it back in my life!!!

Well it's available at other fine web-tailers. I certainly didn't wait for Nutra. I mean, I love nutraplanet just as much as the next guy, but I have no problem opening my wallet up for someone else.

Go the the thread and let them know you want it at nutra.. I like to shop around too but convience is way better. Its better when you get everything at one place.. if your ordering from 4 different places those shipping charges add up plus nutraplanet customer service is top notch and they have pretty fast shipping

Taking my money and ordering elsewhere. JD gave me the hookup on that! Hope NP picks up on the subtle hints...

    10 caps Nitrozine
    1 rounded scoop Mesomorph
    4 caps Con-Crete

    Arms & Shoulder:

    Superset
    BB Curl: 45 x 10; 65 x 10; 85 x 10; 95 x 10; 105 x 8; 115 x 6; 115 x 5

    Superset
    Incline DB Curl: 35 x 10; 35 x 10; 40 x 10; 40 x 10
    Dips: BW x 15 (4 sets)

    Superset
    Rope Cable Hammer Curl: 42.5 x 10; 50 x 10; 57.5 x 10; 65 x 10
    Rope Cable Press Down: 42.5 x 10; 50 x 10; 57.5 x 10; 65 x 10

    DB Military Shoulder Press: 50 x 10; 65 x 10; 75 x 10; 80 x 8; 80 x 8

    Shrugs: 225 x 10; 315 x 10; 405 x 10; 455 x 10; 505 x 8; 405 x 10; 405 x 10

    DB Side Lateral Raise: 25 x 10; 30 x 10; 35 x 10; 40 x 10; 45 x 8; 45 x 7; 40 x 10; 40 x 10; 40 x 10

Today I tried Creatine HCL to see if it could come close to Creatine Nitrate. No contest, Creatine HCL did almost nothing! I took arm measurements after, and was .25"-.5" LOWER than when I use Creatine Nitrate. Yes, the pump is THAT different!!! Arm pumped and relaxed was about 15.5" and 16.75" flexed. Creatine Nitrate was 16" relaxed and 17" flexed.

That's enough evidence for me, I'm stocking up on Creatine Nitrate! Creatine HCL was my last test, and it failed. Honestly, even Nitrozine isn't doing it as well for me as Creatine Nitrate. I enjoy the Nitrozine as a "sometimes" supplement, but I consider Creatine Nitrate a staple. The stack with Mesomorph is great as well.

usplabs is coming out with a 'pump' product that has arginine nitrate-lots of guys are fired up to try it, got to hand it to usplabs for their great merchandising, lol. what freaks me out is some of those same guys have been critical of creatine nitrate- how in the hell could anyone think aginine nitrate could be better than creatine nitrate???????

i am with you milas-i am sold on creatine nitrate!
