You're supposed to say something insightful, not just genetics and hard work... Sheesh, next you're going to tell me to lay off the twinkies and pick up weights instead.

Do you lift things up and put them down?

    No.

    Shape is genetic.

Your CAPACITY to realize muscular expansion RATES, is genetic.

The size you have already attained via arduous years of ceaseless dedication... is NOT genetic.

    Day 4:

    8 caps Nitrozine
    6 cap Creatine Nitrate

    Chest:

    SUPERSET
    DB Flat Bench Flye: 40 x 15 (4 sets)
    DB Bench Press: 75 x 12; 75 x 12; 75 x 10; 75 x 6

    SUPERSET
    Incline DB Flye: 40 x 15 (4 sets)
    Incline DB Press: 60 x 12; 60 x 11; 60 x 8; 60 x 6

    Decline Hammer dropset: 3 plates x 10; 2 plates x 10; 1 plate x 15

    Cable Pressdown: 120 x 10; 130 x 10; 140 x 10; 150 x 8

Chest Stretch: 55lb DBs, 45 second hold

I gotta say, the pre-exhaust method SUCKS! I was dying on the pressing movements, and hated using lower weights! For all that, I thought I would've gotten a better pump, but not really.

I guess I really do need that extra 2 pills of CN? Perhaps I should up the Nitrozine to see how it goes at 10 caps. I might try that on an arm or leg day to see.

Overall, feeling quite sore this morning/afternoon. I really enjoy this nice, sore feeling like I've had a good workout. I hope it leads to growth!

You may need 8, My sweet spot is 6 or 7 caps. Last time I opened up 4 caps and put it in my meso and then took 1 cap, pumps were out of control, will have to try this method again.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to trying that out. Yesterday and today though, I've had to switch my workout to the evening and didn't take a pre-workout...

    Day 5:

Took 8 caps Nitrozine and 8 caps Creatine Nitrate about 45 minutes preworkout.

    Back day:

    Deadlifts: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 315 x 8; 405 x 3; 455 x 1; 475 x 1; 405 x 5; 405 x 3
    Pull-ups: BW x 8 x 6 x 5
    BB Row: 135 x 10; 185 x 8; 185 x 8; 205 x 6; 135 x 10
    DB Row: 130 x 8 (3 sets)
    Lat Traction: 150 x 10; 170 x 10; 190 x 10; 200 x 8

    Preacher Curl Machine: 100 x 8; 80 x 10; 50 x 10; 20 x 15 (dropset)

DL's felt great, I pulled the 475 without a problem, could've probably done more but didn't want to push it. Next week I think I'll get back up to 500lbs, and then increase volume.

BB Rows were good too, I had a good stretch to get a full row. Same with DB Rows, pretty good feel. Overall, back felt solid afterwards, and did some hanging stretches afterwards.

Looking forward to hitting DLs next week!

    Day 6:

8 caps Nitrozine and 6 caps Creatine Nitrate dumped into 1 rounded scoop of mesomorph and 1 cup ground oats - about 30 minutes pre-workout.

    LEGZZZZ!

    Sumo Squats: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 275 x 6; 275 x 5; 295 x 4; 295 x 5; 295 x 5; 225 x 10
    Seated Calf Raise: 135 x 10; 135 x 10; 160 x 8; 160 x 8; 180 x 6; 180 x 6

    Leg Press: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 6; 680 x 5
    Leg Press Calves: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 10; 680 x 10

    Leg Extension: 130 x 20; 145 x 20; 160 x 20
    Leg Curl: 110 x 15; 130 x 15; 150 x 15

I was in PAIN by the end of this. The sumo squats were giving me a great pump on my outer quads, and the leg press just put me over the top. By the time I go to extensions/curls, my legs were screaming. In the lockeroom, one of the guys asked if I was in distress, because I looked like it! I could barely bend my legs from the pumps, walking must've looked funny!!!

I'm going to focus on wide squats for now, to try and get more sweep to my legs. Should be fun!

500lb DL next week... I hope!

I wish my gym went higher than 130lb DBs. What's even worse is I'm changing gyms at the end of the month and all they have at the new place is up to 100lbs... But it's $16/month versus $60/month right now...

i looked into getting db's at 100lb and over-very expensive. none of the auctions i have been to have had them-yet. anything over 100lb and the price is ridiculous.

Back when I worked out at a gym that only had 110lb DBs I bought a mini Olympic bar. I can put 3 25's on each side... Worked great! I snap a pic of it in a min

I believe I bought it at either; sport authority or play it again sports. I got it a few years back. The gym I'm at Now has DBs up to 150 so I really have no use... But them 150s on one arm DB rows are getting kinda light

If I were getting a handgun as a begginer, which would you recommend. Something for me and my wife, like a 9mm? We live down the road from the NRA, and want to go shooting. Recommendations? We like value and quality.

If you want a 9mm with value and quality in mind I would go with a glock 17, this is the full size version. If you want a slightly more compact size so the Mrs. can uses it maybe go with the glock 19.
