Final Review!
As I have been taking this IBCAA Supplement I have been wondering how much this really would help me with my workouts and keeping in going at the gym. I can truthfully say that RPG really helped me with my workouts I was never sore in the morning and during my workouts I never really got tired. I basicly drank 2 doses of RPG during my workouts, with 16 Oz. of water. And that was best for me. I have told my wife that I'm adding this supplement to my normal daily routine because this really helped my get though some plateaus that I had because of getting sore and tired at the gym.

You have a user for the time being.

Thanks again Millennuim Sports for giving me this op to log this great supplement.

For the first taking of RPG I thought I would add a little info on how I thought it was:

DOSAGE - 2 scoop

MIXABILITY - Mixed very well, used a small shaker cup (little bigger then 16 oz.), no sandy or stuff in the water RPG mix.

TASTE - It kinda tasted like a Fruit Ice Tea, very good and not to sugery tasting.

RESULTS - Sipped during my workout from the start to about the end. I really didn't feel tired but time may tell a different story.

As I have been taking this IBCAA Supplement I have been wondering how much this really would help me with my workouts and keeping in going at the gym. I can truthfully say that RPG really helped me with my workouts I was never sore in the morning and during my workouts I never really got tired. I basicly drank 2 doses of RPG during my workouts, with 16 Oz. of water. And that was best for me. I have told my wife that I'm adding this supplement to my normal daily routine because this really helped my get though some plateaus that I had because of getting sore and tired at the gym.

You have a user for the time being.
