Snack: about 1.5 hours before gym 1 breast of Chk and Vegs, 1 Protien Shk.
Dinner: Changes a lot from Chk to Fish to Lean Red meats.

On Training days I was going to run RPG 2 scoops during my workout.
And on Non-Training days was going to take 1 scoop of RPG with morning snack.
If CTDeuce or Millennium Sport Technologies wants me to take RPG different I can change it.
