Super Pumps in my legs, felt like I was able to push out a lot more reps in my max leg extentions with 50lbs, last time I got 220 reps and this time I was able to push out 330 reps!, the muscle endurace increase is very nice!
I have been having a hard time eating so much and feel like I'm just over doing it, I'm changing my diet and will stick to it starting tomorrow. I
I'm happy I was able to squat 260lbs for 10 reps, my right knee has been hurting pretty much since I was 10 years old and I always got pain in it. I was never able to go heavy on squats, but there was a little less pain today and I was able to add more weight then I normaly do with not near as much pain, which was great!
So maybe I can go up even more this month without my knee getting in the way
