Putting CRE-02 & Citruvol Ultra to the test with my BIG Stack!

First off I would like to Thank MST for the opportunity to let me log Cre-02 & Citruvol Ultra.


Hello to everyone on Anabolicminds:D, I will be logging my big stack with an addition of CRE-02 and Citruvol Ultra. I will be comparing it to regular Creatine and Citrulline malate. I will be giving my thoughts on how the products are working, what effects I feel from them etc.

In my stack I've tried everything except Cre-02, Citruvol Ultra and Dermacrine. Normaly I would stick to regular creatine and citrulline malate, but I was given a great opportunity to log them.

So WILL Cre-02/Citruvol Ultra work better then regular creatine/critrulline malate and turn me into a MST customer for life?

We will find out:D


The First week I will focus on mostly MMA training and will be adding in some extra cardio and a little bit of weights.

Weeks 2,3,4& 5 will be something I've been wanting to do for awhile now. I will be focusing 95% of my time on a Bodybuilding type routine, I really want to try and pack on some size.

Week 6 Will focus on very intense MMA/Conditioning training and also stick with this routine in my PCT, and look for a grappling comp and MMA fight during PCT.

Day 1 Supplement Thoughts

Dermacrine
I put 5 pumps on, 1 on each shoulder, 1 on chest, and 2 on back. Pretty easy, don't mind rubbing it on, went in my skin pretty fast. No effects felt for day 1.


Formestane
Put one pump on my inner thighs, goes in skin a little faster then Dermacrine. No effects felt for day 1.


HGH UP
Feeling a little extra sleepy.

Protocol
Mixability is pretty bad, taste is so so, but all in all some pretty good ingredents in there. No effects felt for day 1.


N2KTS
I decided to take half a scoop when I woke up because I was really tierd, woke me up pretty fast, felt good energy.


Whey2Protein
Mixability is great!, taste is really good, I do perfer the Vanilla, but cake batter is still really yummy!


Cre-02
Didn't feel to much, about 2 hours after I felt maybe it increased vascularity a little, also I believe the Citruvol helped.


Citruvol Ultra
I believe it may have added a little extra Vascularity during the day, will get a better perspective on how it feels for tomorrows workouts.




Had a nice rest day, feeling good, tomorrow is a big day, weights in the morning and grappling at night, I can't wait!

hopefully the cre-02 and citruvol is noticeable through all of this. Really good setup to everything though, nice work brotha, subbed!
Well I have used the Formestane and all the other pre-workout stuff I have lined up, but never used Cre-02 or Citruvol Ultra, normally I would use just Creatine Mono and Citrulline Malate so I will def be able to tell if I feel a difference.

Ya the Formestane is great, I used it on a cut before, I honestly didn't find it helped me out in the gym to much, but it def helps give you a bit more of the dry look, but the only reason I added it is to keep the Estrogen levels down while on Dermacrine.




Just took my CRE-02 The first workout is coming up soon:D

Citruvol ultra
Day 2, The Vascularity was pretty awesome today, I'm def feeling a better Pump/Endurance increase compared to the normal Citrulline Malate I was taking.





Had 2 great workouts today, got a new PR for my bench, so that was awesome, didn't get to do any hard rolling like I wanted, but coach got us to do conditioning instead =^^= but felt pretty good, I'm really liking being at a heavier weight, seems like my conditioning feels better the more I weigh too!

I have always felt I was never good at bench, I guess because my workout partner is benching in the 300's lol, but next week I'm gonna be focusing on just weights and I havn't done that in a long long time so I'm hoping I'll get all my lifts up:D

Day 3, Not expecting much more from HGH UP, I have already been through 3 bottles in the last 6 months after the second bottle the effects were not as good, but I do still feel sleepy after taking it and I feel great when I wake up and I believe that's the best effect from it so I'm happy with that:)

Day 3, Some good beta-aline tingles for sure!


N2KTS
Day 3, This stuff is really just amazing for energy and giving you good workouts, I still think more people should be getting on the N2KTS train because the stuff is awesome.

Great over all pumps, Endurance is def up!!


Citruvol ultra
This combo of Cre-02 and Citruvol Ultra is awesome, def way better then normal Creatine and Citrulline malate I have used, I think I'm going to have to buy another bottle of each too add into the PCT when I focus on MMA because the endurance part is very noticeable, very impressed so far!




Wow Training tonight was insane, my strength is feeling really good, my wrestling and ground game is feeling good with the added strength over the last few weeks. My boxing feels really good, I just need to work on the kicks, I'm not totally comfortable with putting that and Wrestling together, I'm better at the boxing part, but the more I spar the more I will feel better.

Well so far I'm very impressed, I honestly didn't expect such good effects, before I was taking 8g of Citrulline Malate and 5g of Creatine mono and they never gave me pumps like this or as good vascularity.

I find with a lot of pre-workout drinks they have good energy but always missing that extra something, but wow Cre-02 and Citruvol Ultra stacked with a Pre-workout supplement is the sickest combo I have ever used.

Today I did a Back and bicep workout and made some new PR's and the pumps were amazing! Will have Day 4 all posted up before bed tonight:D

I had to cut the cals a bit, I'm having a really hard time eating this much, still having a hard time at this much, I feel like my appetite has gone down.


Great workout today, set a PR on the Incline DB press, nothing to crazy, just 1 rep up from last time I tried the 80's, but still going up, hoping for a big boost next week. I couldn't do abs today and did chest instead of back because my lower back is just killing still, I will do upper back in the morning.

I'm hoping Dermacrine starts kicking in for me soon!

Super Pumps in my legs, felt like I was able to push out a lot more reps in my max leg extentions with 50lbs, last time I got 220 reps and this time I was able to push out 330 reps!, the muscle endurace increase is very nice!

I have been having a hard time eating so much and feel like I'm just over doing it, I'm changing my diet and will stick to it starting tomorrow. I

I'm happy I was able to squat 260lbs for 10 reps, my right knee has been hurting pretty much since I was 10 years old and I always got pain in it. I was never able to go heavy on squats, but there was a little less pain today and I was able to add more weight then I normaly do with not near as much pain, which was great!
So maybe I can go up even more this month without my knee getting in the way:D

Well I was sticking to 100 reps for awhile and decided to go past my pain threshold and got just over 200 reps, but this time I was so focused and wanted to just push myself as hard as I can, my legs wanted to give up at 200 for sure but honestly the burn starts to get numb lol, I find it's a very good mental exercise and wow when you push yourself past your limits can you ever get a sweat aha Plus the best quad pump ever:D

Day 13, Really liking 4 caps of Cre-02 and 6 caps of Citruvol Ultra, now should I stick with this dosing protocol or keep it at 4 caps of Cre-02 and 4 caps of Citruvol Ultra?


Notes
I had a good little workout, didn't make any PR's mostley because my biceps were still a little sore.

Lower back has been really sore so I stayed away from Cardio and abs this week.

So I will take the weekend off and rest!

I like your oil rotations, and plus covering all the bases with the daily 3,6,9. Great part of the diet that most fellas neglect. :)
